Terri Treas (born July 19, 1957 in Kansas City, Kansas) is an American actress, writer and director who has starred in films and on television. She is best known for her role as Newcomer Cathy Frankel on the Fox Network short-lived science fiction series Alien Nation (1989–1990) and the five subsequent movies produced to continue the storyline.
