Synopsis: LOGLINE:- A woman's life is turned upside down by somebody unknown to her, yet intent on revenge!! John's is 50, Suzy is 24 and from the outside they seem to have it all. John has a very good job as a Graphic Designer and Suzy has a job she enjoys very much as a Tour Guide for a tour bus company in the City. John's ex-girlfriend of eight years(Jane) lives across the road from John with her new boyfriend Michael. Jane is 45 and Michael is 52. The suburban Countryside where they all live looks idyllic, but holds a host of deadly secrets that reveal themselves and threaten the livelihood of specifically Suzy and John's new found idyllic lifestyle. The revenge for the murder of a man(Salvatore)who's sister(Lucy)is supposedly working at Michael's firm becomes the catalyst for this fast pacing thriller. As

JOHN:

Suzy and John's house. The bedroom. Lucy

discreetly listening to John and the

DETECTIVE SULLIVAN VO

Salvatore Peters went missing

11 months ago.

JOHN VO:

What has any of that to do

with me?

DETECTIVE SULLIVAN VO

The tip off gives me credence

to look into that

JOHN VO.

D'you have a search warrant?

54 INT. HOUSE – DAY 54

Suzy and John's house. Hallway.

DETECTIVE SULLIVAN

Not right now

JOHN:

I know my rights Detective – I

want you to leave

John opening the front door

DETECTIVE SULLIVAN

No problem – You should get

yourself a lawyer. You're

gonna need one.

Detective Sullivan leaving.

55 INT. HOUSE – DAY 55

Suzy and John's house. Bedroom.

LUCY:

Who was that?

JOHN:

Just some detective asking

questions about nothing I

know.....I'm calling you

a cab.

LUCY:

Don't bother – I'm on speed

dial to a cab company I've

use constantly. I'll call

them

JOHN:

What happened between us here

today can't happen again, OK?

Lucy leaping out of bed and snogging him

LUCY:

I see your body's telling me

otherwise

JOHN:

Darn – You little witch....

Lucy and John snogging getting back into bed.

Jane having breakfast. Jane having a FLASHBACK

57 EXT. PARK – DAY 57

Flashback.

JOHN:

You cleaned me up beyond

any hopes I could've

imagined

JANE:

JOHN:

John and Jane kiss

JOHN continuing

Hey - Can we freeze time?

JANE:

JOHN:

Can we just stay right here,

right now for eternity?

JANE:

I will if you will

JOHN:

Ha ha...It's a deal

Jane noticing Salvatore across the park

JANE:

My ex-boss Jack's Son

JOHN:

Jack? Oh right – You only

introduced me to his

daughter Suzy when we bumped

into Jack in town - His son

wasn't there. What's his

JANE:

Um...S-something.....

Flashback ending

JANE to herself

We're frozen in time John

just like we wanted – Suzy

will never – Never

59 INT. PARKED TAXI – DAY 59

Lucy getting in. Lucy out a snapshot of Salvatore

and Suzy cuddling together.

TAXI DRIVER:

Kid – How's it going?

LUCY:

Good – How's Ira?

TAXI DRIVER:

Ah....We had a fight...

LUCY:

My brother and his ex

TAXI DRIVER:

The other brother?

LUCY:

Na uh – The one who was

murdered

TAXI DRIVER:

They made a cute couple.

The poor girl must have

been in bits.

LUCY:

She'll get hers.....

TAXI DRIVER:

What?

LUCY:

Bit of a blur – poor Suzy.

Anyway, can we take a slight

LUCY continued

detour this time?

TAXI DRIVER:

Sure, give me the address

I've written them predominantly with WOMEN being the main lead roles simply because a shortage of decent roles for women to this very "day" still reigns unfortunately.....The work volume vacuum within the film industry that the writers strike of 2023 has left means that many actors have had to resort to other methods of sustaining a consistent wage income, all be it still within the film industry, "so" mixing and matching our skills to the ultimate has become even more necessary than it was before!! (Although that strike "was" highly necessary to protect actors futures within the industry and it "paid off" in the long term too - Thank goodness!!)
