What we Fear Alone

Synopsis: A teenager eagerly spends a night away from her parents, but she can't shake the feeling that something is in the darkness behind her. The short film is from three different perspectives. One from the teenager, one from the darkness, and one from the "fear". It's hard to distinguish because of the formatting constraints on this site. MARISHA CONT.

and I imagined the whole shower thing from all this paranoia. I'm so glad Max didn't see that pure craziness.

(Security cam footage) Marisha opens her closet making sure to check every nook and cranny before

closing the closet smiling and embarrassed as

she turns the lights off and clambers into bed while pulling the covers halfway on her while

she closes her eyes and quickly falls asleep as

a silhouette of a man looms over her in the bed

SHE ISN'T THE ONE.

The silhouette turns to leave.

The pattering of the rain and thunder are all we can hear as she drifts off to sleep...

until...

A door closes loudly in the distance.

Marisha wakes up. Feared for her life.
