THE EX-HUSBAND’S LAWYER cross-examines Mrs. Brown, telling her, “We have here, evidence of your medical records of your son, Dwight, to be announced Autistic. That is a mental disorder classified by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders of DSM-5.”

MRS. BROWN

“Yes.”

THE EX-HUSBAND’S LAWYER

“As you can see your honor, the defendant is incapable of leaving her mentally handicapped child. Even if she disagrees, this shows her son, Dwight cannot be self-maintained and self-supported without a parent.”

THE EX-HUSBAND’S LAWYER

“Mrs. Brown, would you say, right now, in the days that you see him and the time he lives with you, that Dwight is emotionally and mentally mature?”

MRS. BROWN

“He will get better.” Mrs. Brown’s face was defensive, she affirmed her statement, “By that time, he won't need me, I’m sure of it.”

THE EX-HUSBAND’S LAWYER

“Answer the question.”

MRS. BROWN

“No.”

THE EX-HUSBAND’S LAWYER

“Your honor, He is not sufficiently mature and knowledgeable to handle his own business. Oregon’s emancipation laws are given by chapter 419B in state legislature, the exact laws are the Entry of judgment of emancipation and Application for emancipation judgment. This is a violation of those laws.”

Mrs. BROWN'S ATTORNEY

“Have you, sir, ever smoked in your life?’

EX-HUSBAND

“Yes.”

Mrs. BROWN'S ATTORNEY

“Do you still own any chemical altering drugs such as marijuana?”

EX-HUSBAND

“No.”

MONTAGE WITH CHARLES (V.O.)

When police searched his home, they found no such illegal medications. In the proceeding of the two different parties, the jury, and the audience found out (supposedly): The father smokes routinely. The mom was nursing and never missed a beat as a mother. Up until the kid grew more and more irritating with his behavior. The divorce led to him going back to selling small amounts of drugs. Such as Schedule V types from the kids' prescription. He would sell them and get a paycheck from clients. She divorced him because although he was loving to her, he would sell marijuana and his own kids' pills.

Mrs. BROWN'S ATTORNEY

“Did you or did you not during this time, possess and sell these drugs?”

EX-HUSBAND

“I never did such a thing. I used to smoke, but my kid’s own prescriptions?“

He sits in incredulity, “Come on.”

Mrs. BROWN'S ATTORNEY

“Sir, Mr. Brown, sir, did you or did you not sell your own Autistic’ child’s medications for your own financial gain?”

EX-HUSBAND

“No,” he says, offended by the remark.

By the time the JUDGE asks, “Has the jury reached a verdict?”

One of the MEMBERS OF THE JURY, who is a woman, says, “Yes, we have found Mr. Brown guilty of one count of substance abuse.”

MONTAGE WITH CHARLES (V.O.)

The law:
ballot measure 110 allows the measure to reclassify possession of small amounts of drugs as a civil violation. Offenders will face a $100 fine, which can be avoided by agreeing to volunteer in a health assessment. If, however, the police did find drugs in his stay, then Schedule I type of drugs like marijuana classify as a B felony. That translates to at most a decade in prison and a $100,000 fine. Now, since his attorney can only prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Mrs. Brown had the intention of abandoning her son now or at the following year: breach, causation, and damages are brought into serious question. The trial is up against one testimony to another. Proof of violation of each of these parts of the case gets it settled. For Mr. Brown, his attorney can only prove her ex-wife is doing her duty. The word intent is not necessarily the word action. Much less action with guilt in mind. So, what is it that Mr. Stalker Brown does? He pays the fine. Why he didn't do the health assessment? I don't know, but that's what he told me weeks after the courtroom case was settled.

EXT:
THE BALCONY OF CHARLES' APARTMENT

This Leanore Bridges woman, I should steer clear of her, An unhealthy infatuation cannot be fed. I stand on the porch of my house, gazing at the stars. Not knowing the future, or what it holds, I scheduled a job interview that late afternoon. Fill out a resume and portfolio. If that doesn't go well, I set up my first draft of my novel. I recollect the events that had been shown to me this year. I write down the beginning draft of my paper. The first chapter, Charles Muley, a Therapist’s Journal.

Ian Rodrigo Carrillo Castro

Ian R. Carrillo Castro 28 October 2020 Short Bibliography If I were to write a paper about my life? What would I write? Well, this is what I would write. I am a leader, I am hardworking, and I am willing to set goals and use a creative strategy to solve it. I am a student because my parents believe it is smart to lead your kid off to a bright future. English class is always fun when doing essays because I have gotten the knack of writing them and narratives. Narratives can also be creative. Ever since I can remember, I’ve always been creative. I played with legos as a kid. Regularly I would buy ones from the merchandise of a movie. Even though they did not look as perfect as the scene on the screen, I would mix them with other pieces to be more accurate. Also, I ditched the instructions and I would figure out how to construct them on my own and see where I messed up. I built my own Batcave, suits, guns, avengers tower, and so on. I used my imagination to fit my interests instead of blatantly regurgitating what was asked of me. The important aspect was that I would create my own set, and not follow the rules. Nowadays, I am still creative. I am constantly having fun doing something creative, the only problem is I run out of creativity. In the meantime this would happen, I would read a book to keep occupied. One of my skills is making 3dmodels, here are many websites to do this on.. Tinkercad for example is an Autodesk website where one can create 3D images or models. Other similar sites include: Cospaces, Onshape, Sketchfab to view 3D, and Blender. In Tinkercad, I created a suit replica of the Batman Begins with it’s closet, all three Iron Man arc reactors from the movies, and more suits. I began writing when an English class in seventh grade struck me with how exhilarating writing is. In my want to pursue writing, I keep practicing at it. I went to creative writing courses and practiced. In my research of writing, I came across the book, Story, by Robert McKee. He explains the principles of story writing in the means of a script portrayed on a film, but is still a narrative. Types of plots: none or anti-plot, arch plot, and minimalist. McKee also says researching an area relating to your book to fight clichés. You know what clichés are, the nerd won't get a girl, or the jock without a brain. My father also bought me a book of flash cards giving ways to fix writer's block. Writing a mystery is, for then the reader will solve it by reading. An adventure is one where the character will see a series of events for fun. At least this is what I thought. Not anymore. An adventure story still has a want and cost relationship. Mystery is tried down to discoveries and setbacks to the detective. Or whoever solved it. Mckee also stresses the questions and mystery must be solved by the end. Talking to others when the time arises about life and events helps bring out other perspectives. Languages I speak are english and spanish. Skills and Interests are skateboarding, boxing and Bo staff tricks, calisthenics, weightlifting, researching the web, reading, making 3dmodels, creative writing, and watching movies. In Boxing, I went through Feb 2019 to Mar 2020 on Mondays and Fridays. Maxwell's' Boxing center. The one at Miramar Rd Site. The coach would have us shadowbox after putting on the tape, then we go for a round on the punching bags. Sometimes we would practice sparring with partners. The coach would give different punches with numbers assigned to them. Each in different combinations to do that day. I have always been athletically inclined. Not that I would join leagues, but that I would exercise. Besides the gym, I started skateboarding. First learn the ollies, slide one foot, and hop with both. then practice while riding. After the ollies, move on to nollies, 180’s, 360’s and from there you have the basics. There are probably 20 types ranging from backspin, heelflip, kickflip, bigspin, along with their combinations of 180 and full circle degrees. I keep falling, but persevere. Recently I bought a Bo staff to learn all sorts of spinning tricks. It's as though a windmill lives in my arms. As an eleven year old, I always dreamed of doing this as efficiently. No matter how fast you go, what matters is that you never stop. The continuous motion and weight from the thicker end of the staff drives the spin along my hands. I played DC comics associated video games. Their characters such as Robin and Nightwing used their martial arts technique to fight, thus I became eager to learn it. I also used to rock climb. I learned there you must follow a path of the guide colors on the walls. Especially the times you must climb while your belly faces the rock toward the ceiling, with only your fingers dangling on therock's edges. Another aspect is what professionals call flagging. This is where you shift your weight to one side in order to balance out. Say I am gripping the wall, one with my right hand and the other with my ri more…
