Synopsis: A village of leprechauns go on a killing spree after a large group of people break into their village and steal all of their gold.

NATE:

Holy shit man.

JAMES:

Told you these leprechaun got gold.

NATE:

I thought you just meant they didn't blow their nose.

Grabbing handfuls of coins James and Nate drop them into their handbags.

Coins fill to the top of James and Nates bags.

Their faces get bright red as they slowly lift their bags and place them over their shoulders.

JAMES:

Alright I think we're good.

James and Nate speed walk out of the room.

INT. JAMES BEDROOM - NIGHT

Rushing into his room James and Nate dump all the coins onto his bed.

They grab handfuls of gold coins and toss them into the air.

NATE:

We're rich!

JAMES:

Who's a billionaire now Bill Gates?!

A CLANGING sound travels through the air James and Nate throw the coins up in the air.

EXT. STREET - MORNING

A NEWS REPORTER (37), female, long black hair, holds a microphone to their mouth.

NEWS REPORTER:

It is a nice day in the neighborhood and...

James appearing in front of the camera snatches the microphone out the news reporters hand.

JAMES:

Leprechauns..their real and...

The news reporter wraps her hand around the microphone.

James and the news reporter pull it away from each other.

JAMES:

Their village is located at Springville Park!

The news reporter snatches the mic out of James hand.

NEWS REPORTER:

Get the hell out of here!

James runs away full speed.

INT. LEPRECHAUN VILLAGE - NIGHT

Leprechauns walk around as others are asleep.

Loud bangs on the door awaken them.

SHAMROCK:

What on earth is going on?!

All the leprechauns eyes are glued to the door.

A LOUD BANG echos through the village as the door slams down onto the ground.

A large crowd of people ages (25-40), come rushing inside.

People knock over the leprechaun.

SHAMROCK:

Leprechauns hurry to protect the gold!

INT. GOLD ROOM - NIGHT

The door SLAMS open as people come rushing in.

Chaos erupts as people grab handfuls of gold.

Gold SMACKS against the ground, flying everywhere.

Leprechauns wrap their arms around people's legs.

Another leprechaun get thrown across the room.

People swing the bags of gold over their shoulders, kicking the leprechauns out the way as they walk towards the exit door.

INT. LEPRECHAUN VILLAGE - NIGHT

Leprechauns run through people's legs.

SHAMROCK:

Don't let the humans get away!

A leprechaun gets kicked in the face and falls to the ground.

Someone stomps down onto a leprechaun's foot.

LEPRECHAUN:

Ouuu that hurt!

EXT. LEPRECHAUN VILLAGE - NIGHT

The sound of coins SHAKES through the air as people run across the park.

Large bags of gold sit over their shoulders.

INT. LEPRECHAUN VILLAGE - NIGHT

Cuts bruises cover the leprechauns faces as they lie on the ground.

Shamrock stares at the door with his eyes wide open.

SHAMROCK:

Are you fucking kidding me?! How..How in world would those people find out about our secret village?!

Goldclover widens his mouth.

GOLDCLOVER:

Wait! James and Max!

Shamrock's eyebrows raising above his forehead.

GOLDCLOVER:

They were the first ones to come down to our village.

Shamrock rushing over to Goldclover.

SHAMROCK:

Quick! Do you know where they live? Or where we could find them?!

Goldclover shrugs his shoulders.

GOLDCLOVER:

Uh...the park?

SHAMROCK:

What about the park?

GOLDCLOVER:

That's how I met the little boy Max.

Shamrocks eyebrows scrunched inward.

GOLDCLOVER:

Like...the next time I see Max at the park, I could lure him into the village, and we keep him hostage until James gives us our gold back.

Shamrock SNAPS his finger.

SHAMROCK:

Brilliant! We shall go with that idea! Starting tomorrow, it's time we show our faces to the world!

The leprechauns all eye each other.

EXT. SPRINGEVILLE PARK - AFTERNOON

Max races over to the playground.

Liam peaks his head out from behind the tree.

GOLDCLOVER:

Psst!

Max still runs across the playground.

GOLDCLOVER:

Psst Max!

Stopping in his tracks Max whips his head in Tim's direction.

GOLDCLOVER:

Max come here.

Max racing over to the leprechaun.

GOLDCLOVER:

We need your help.

Goldclover opens the door and Max follows him inside.

INT. NATES LIVING ROOM - NIGHT

A brown ceiling fan spins around.

A black reclined chair sits next to a black couch.

An xbox 1 sits underneath a black TV screen.

Nate and James sit on the couch, playing Fortnite.

JAMES:

Alright man it's getting late Imma head home.

Nate gives James a fist bump.

NATE:

Alright man.

Getting up from the couch James runs out the house.

INT. JAMES HOUSE - NIGHT

BRIANA COOPER (43), very emotional, eyes watery, paces back and fourth.

Slowly opening the door, James slowly walks inside.

JAMES:

Hey mom, you alright?

BRIANA:

No, it's late and your brother is still not home.

James giving Briana the puppy dog eyes.

JAMES:

Well maybe he's still playing at the park. I'll go down and check.

Briana wiping her face as she watches James leave the house.

EXT. SPRINGEVILLE PARK - NIGHT

Crickets CHIRP in a distance.

Street lights brighten up the basketball court.

Walking around the park, James waves his phone flashlight back and fourth.

JAMES:

Max!

Theirs silence.

JAMES:

Max! You here!

Theirs again no answer.

JAMES:

Shit!

Turning around James runs towards the park exit.

EXT. NEIGHBORHOOD - NIGHT

Many single family homes sit 5 feet away from one another.

Cars are parked next to the sidewalk.

Street lights shine white light onto the street.

Speed walking James stops when he sees someone dressed in green, standing with their back to the window.

Squinting his eyes, James slowly walks closer to the house.

A MALE (35), wearing a green shirt turns around.

James takes a deep breathe and walks away.

Blood SPLATTERS onto the windows and the man drops dead.

Hoping up on a stool, a LEPRECHAUN (31) scans left and right, and closes the blinds.

INT. JAMES HOUSE - NIGHT

Intensely breathing Briana stands near the staircase with her cell phone to her ear.

BRIANA:

Yes my son has been missing for six hours.

James slowly walks into the house.

OPERATOR:
(O.S.)

Well do you know where he was last.

BRIANA:

Yes he was at the park but my other son went their to check if he was there and he wasn't.

OPERATOR:
(O.S.)

Ok Ma'am we will send out a search party and let you know if we have any information.

Briana wiping a tear from her eye.

BRIANA:

Alright thank you.

Taking the phone away from her ear Briana hangs up the phone.

Briana places her head on the wall, still sniffling.

James walks over, placing his hand on her shoulder.

JAMES:

I'm really sorry mom. Do you need me to do anything for you?

Briana's eyes heavy with tears.

BRIANA:

No I'm fine, but thank you honey. I really appreciate it, you go onto bed. I'm fine.

James forcing a smile as he looks to Briana and walks up the steps.

INT. JAMES BEDROOM - NIGHT

Slowly entering his room James shuts the bedroom door behind him.
