Very funny Chris. Go to your desk and continue working.

Chris takes a deep breathe.

CHRIS:

But Mr. Taylor I...

A LOUD SCREAM from the hallway echoes into the classroom.

PERSON:
(V.O.)

Ahhh!

Mr. Taylor and the students jump out their seats.

MR. TAYLOR:

What in the world is going on?!

Mr. Taylor running over to the door and swings it open.

INT. SCHOOL HALLWAY - AFTERNOON

Mr. Taylor and the rest of the teachers peaking out into the hallway.

A male student named JOSEPH, (17), runs down the hallway, SCREAMING at the top of his lungs.

JOSEPH:

Ahhh!

The school PRINCIPAL (60), thin, eyebrows scrunched up, speed walks past all the teachers, approaching Joseph.

PRINCIPAL:

What seems to be all the commotion?!

Joseph running over to the principal.

JOSEPH:

Principal you need to come see this.

The principal squinting his eyebrows in confusion as he follows Joseph.

INT. SCHOOL BATHROOM - AFTERNOON

Joseph rushing into the bathroom with the Principal.

Standing still the principal mouth dropped below his chin when he sees a dead body lying on the ground.

The principal turning towards Joseph.

PRINCIPAL:

You should get out of here.

Joseph running out the bathroom.

INT. SCHOOL HALLWAY - AFTERNOON

All of the students watching as Joseph walks down the hall.

James eyes follow Joseph down the hallway.

JAMES:

Yo Joseph?!

Joseph turning his head towards James and walks over to him.

JOSEPH:

Whatever you do, don't go in the bathroom, it's a straight up blood bath in their.

Joseph drags his feet on the ground as he walks away.

James eyes wide open in fear as he takes a big gulp.

Turning his head to the side James eyes Nate from a distance.

The hallway is filled with lots of chatter as the students talk with one another.

Putting his thumb and his middle finger in his mouth the principal WHISTLES loudly.

PRINCIPAL:

Everybody quite down!

The hallway gets quite as the students look at the principal.

PRINCIPAL:

Students their has been an accident and we're going to have to close down school for at least a week.

All the students looking at one another with smiles on their faces.

PRINCIPAL:

I need all of you grab your things out of your locker and you will all wait in your classrooms to be called.

As the principal walks away, all of the students go to their lockers and grab their things.

Nate approaches James as he grabs books out of his locker.

NATE:

Hey dude, what did Joseph say to you?

James closing his locker and throws his backpack over his shoulder, leaning in closer towards Nate.

JAMES:

He told me it was a blood bath in the bathroom.

Nate's jaw drops.

NATE:

Like someone killed themselves or they were murdered?

James nods his head yes.

NATE:

Alright well I'll talk to you later man.

JAMES:

See you later.

Nate and James walk the opposite way.

INT. LIVING ROOM - NIGHT

A big screen TV sits inside a beige colored TV stand.

2 leather chairs sit in the middle of the room.

A flower vase sits on a coffee table in front of the couch.

An elderly man, HAROLD (67), sits on his couch, grabbing handfuls of gold coins.

The sound of metal SMACKS into the air as Harold dumps the coins onto the jar.

He raises his head up when a door closing whispers into the living room.

HAROLD:

Back so soon honey.

A leprechaun, MURPHY, (32), stands behind Harold, squeezing a knife really tight.

Turning around Harold jumps back, holding his hand over his heart.

HAROLD:

Uh, you scared me.

Harold leans down in front of Murphy.

HAROLD:

Do you need help getting back home young man?

Harold squints his eyes in confusion when the Murphy doesn't answer him.

Harold glancing down at the knife.

HAROLD:

Here let me take that.

Reaching to grab the knife, Murphy stabs Harold in his arm.

blood SPLASH on the ground as blood leaks from his arm.

Harold slowly looks up at Murphy.

HAROLD:

Holy crap.

Getting up the man darts out the living room.

INT. HAROLD'S KITCHEN - NIGHT

A flower dinner cloth sits over a brown dinner table.

Many magnets sits on a white fridge.

A red microwave sits on a brown countertop.

Storming into the kitchen, Harold rushes over to his telephone and dials 911.

Harold tapping his finger on a little table as the phone RINGS.

OPERATOR:
(O.S.)

Hello what is your emergency?

Harold waving his hand around.

HAROLD:

Yes someone broke into my house and...

Murphy jumps on top of him and drives the knife right into Harold's back.

Dropping the phone out of his hand, Harold SMACKS onto the ground.

The phone hangs down from the wall.

OPERATOR:
(O.S.)

Hello? Are you still there?

Harold slowly moving his fingers.

Walking over to the phone, the leprechaun picks it up and hits end call.

INT. HAROLD'S HOUSE - NIGHT - MOMENTS LATER

An elderly women named JOANNE (65), walks into the house.

JOANNE:

Honey I'm home!

Joanne puts her keys on a key hanger.

INT. HAROLD'S KITCHEN - NIGHT

Joanne walks into the kitchen and drops her purse when she sees Harold lying on the ground and his clothes are soaked with blood.

JOANNE:

Ahhh!

INT. JAMES HOUSE - DAY

Slowly opening the door, James walks into his house.

James walks inside and closes the front door behind him.

Briana darts over to him and wraps her arms around him.

BRIANA:

Honey are you ok? I heard what happened at your school?

James backpack hits the ground as he throws it to the side.

JAMES:

Yeah I'm fine. It's just crazy.

BRIANA:

Did you know the student?

James shaking his head no.

JAMES:

No I didn't.

Briana yawns.

BRIANA:

Alright well go and make yourself comfortable, I'll microwave you up a hot pocket.

James slides his feet across the ground as he walks away.

INT. JAMES LIVING ROOM - NIGHT

Dragging himself into the living room, James plops down onto the couch.

He grabs the TV remote off the coffee table and turns on the TV and the news plays.

A news reporter, DIANA CAMPBELL, (33), holds a microphone to her mouth.

NEWS REPORTER:
(O.S.)

A sixty-seven year old man was found stabbed to death in his own home.

James is frozen as his mom slowly walks into the living room with his hot pocket sitting on a dinner plate.

JAMES:

Holy crap.

Slowly sitting his hot pocket on the coffee table, Briana sits on the couch.

James and Briana's eyes are glued to the TV as he turns the volume up.

NEWS REPORTER:

Police are still investigating on who could have done this but we will keep you informed what ever else we find. I'm Diana Campbell Fox twenty- nine.

James and Briana still staring at the TV.

BRIANA:

That's awful.

JAMES:

I'mma go to bed mom. I love you mom.

Briana yawns.

BRIANA:

Yeah..I think I will too. Love you too sweetie.

Briana and James get up from the couch and exit the living room.

INT. JAMES BEDROOM - NIGHT

Lying in his bed James is on his phone, scrolling through Instagram.

James turning his head in confusion when he gets an Instagram message from a user named cloverdude4953.
