So what you're saying is your

killer kills with poems...(

laughing) Ok son I know my joke's

not funny but listen this is just

some killer who is currently

running around loose..

DETECTIVE TONY PRIME

Pops there is more to it than the

way he kills matter fact what's is

even stranger in this case pops is

a matter of fact I keep feeling as

if somebody's been watching like

an evil pair of eyes is on the

back of my neck and and I know

that this is going to sound crazy

pops but I swear it's killer

vanishes as if by Magic No One

seen him go in when seeing him go

out he just simply disappears.

MR. PRIME

No son it doesn't sound crazy at

all believe me all my years of

being alive I've seen some pretty

weird stuff stuff I can't tell you

about right now but one day I will

and don't worry about this killer

you'll catch him sooner or later.

Mr. Prime stood up and gave Tony a hug and headed to the

door but just before he left he turned and said.

MR. PRIME (CONT'D)

Oh before I forget Tony Ally stop

by the butcher shop today she was

asking about you.

After mr. Prime had left Tony got ready to go to bed when

at 4 in the morning he started hearing strange noises in

his apartment he reached into his desk drawer and pulled

out his 32 mm pistol is Tony search around his apartment

you could find no signs of intruders.

Tony headed back to his room when his phone rang it was

commander JD they needed Tony him come in ASAP they found

another body at 6 a.m. this body was a mess Tony quickly

got dressed put on his detective clothes and headed out the

door.

When he reached the house where the crime tape has been

placed around the house and the paramedics were already

carton the body out the door Tony headed into the house

unlike the first two murders this one had definitely more

signs of a struggle and not only that but the murder was

totally different than the last two.

Blood was on a bookshelf another poem this time sitting on

a table Commander JD came over to Tony and said.

COMMANDER JD:

Tony there's something that you

have to look at and it's not the

poem it's time you have to take a

look at this alarm clock.

DETECTIVE TONY PRIME

What do you mean alarm-clock JD

what's so strange about the alarm

clock?

COMMANDER JD TOOK DETECTIVE TONY TO THE BACK OF THE HOUSE

TO THE BEDROOM WHERE THE ALARM CLOCK WAS SITTING ON TOP OF

A TABLE UNPLUGGED BUT STILL THE NUMBERS SAID 3 A.M. THIS

FURTHER CONFUSE DETECTIVE TONY HOW COULD I LEARN CLOCK THAT

WAS UNPLUGGED STILL BE ON 3 A.M.

Scene 2 act 3

THEN DETECTIVE TONY CHECK OUT THE REST OF THE HOUSE AROUND

THE HOUSE THERE WAS A SIGN OF STRUGGLE MORE CLEARLY PRESENT

BUT WHAT WAS STRANGE WAS WHEN DETECTIVE TONY HEADED INTO

THE KITCHEN THERE WAS SALT POURED ON THE GROUND BUT NO SIGN

OF ANY FOOTPRINTS GOING THROUGH IT.

DETECTIVE TONY TURNS TO POEM BEST TIME THE POEM READS HELLO

DETECTIVE TONY LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF YOU CAN CALL ME THE

TIME KILLER NOW I HAVE A NEW POEM FOR YOU NUMBER ONE WAS

FUN NUMBER TWO WAS A FOOL 3 TOLD ME SHE COULDN'T STAY UP

WITH ME WE'LL PLAY SOME MORE FOR 4.

DETECTIVE TONY PRIME

Commander JD as anybody messed

with the poem or touched it at

all?

COMMANDER JD:

No Tony no one's even looked at

the poem except for me and Ashley

and that's one of the other

reasons that I called you here.

DETECTIVE TONY PRIME

Um... 3 questions first who's

Ashley?

COMMANDER JD:

Oh yes I forgot you to only met

after the second murder She is the

new recruit that was assigned to

me by the chief.

DETECTIVE TONY PRIME

That brings me to my next

question. where is Ashley now?

COMMANDER JD:

Oh she's outside let me go get her

DETECTIVE TONY PRIME

No no no that's okay I just have

the last question I have to ask

how does the killer know my name?

COMMANDER JD:

Believe it or not that's what I

would like to know how does the

killer know your name?

Justin a female officer came in it was Ashley she was

telling Commander JD and detective Tony about some

reporters that were outside detective Tony and Commander JD

decided the best thing to do was hold a press conference.

They asked Ashley to tell the reporters about the press

conference that they were going to hold down at the police

station in 2 hours Ashley headed back outside Conference

room.

EVIL VOICE:

Detective let's play after your

conference is done for the day.

DETECTIVE TONY PRIME

Hey who said that is there anyone

still here?

But there's no reply everything was silent detective Tony

then headed down to the police station for the press

conference.

Detective Tony was in charge of controlling the media as he

went on stage to talk to the press Tony began saying to the

local media

DETECTIVE TONY PRIME (CONT'D)

"okay quiet down no questions into

after I'm done speaking. As some

of you may already know we have a

killer on the loose he's already

killed three victims. But the

Green Forest Police Department can

guarantee that we will catch this

killer and throw away the key.

REPORTER:

"Hello detective Tony my name is

Chris Peralta I'm with Channel 11

live action news I just wanted to

ask you're not going to try to

deny that there's a killer on the

loose the time killer."

DETECTIVE TONY PRIME

"first off Mr. Peralta was it I

had ask you the media to please

hold off on any questions and to

know I was finish. the next thing

I'm going to say is whoever this

killer is or should I say this

time killer since you've all named

him that I would like him or her

to know When me and the rest of

the Green Forest Police Department

find him and arrest him we will

personally throw him into jail in

matter fact I'm going to be the

one who locks his jail cell and

then I'll throw away the key."

The next day at green forest police headquarters commander

JD held a conference of his own talking to all officers

that were in the investigation of the mysterious time

killer. The first thing he addressed was the newspaper and

detective Tony statement in it, he was happy that and

detective Tony was as willing to go out and let the time

killer know that the police were on his trail and going to

arrest him and throw him in jail.

But he was annoyed at the the fact that detective Tony said

in his statement that he would personally like the jail

cell of the time killer because in a way he made it a

personal challenge to the time killer himself or herself,

speaking of which a letter was delivered for detective Tony

commander JD pointed out Detective Tony open the letter.

And began to read it the letter read Thank You detective

Tony for the Wonderful statement you gave yesterday to the

media I was hoping for someone to step up to the plate I

was beginning to get bored with just my usual routine.

Now I have a message for you detective, my next victim will
