as Bill Cain, the 37 years
old owner of Cain's Garage
in Bossier City.
Little was known about
he was an only child who
grew up in Bossier City
and inherited the
garage from his father.
The suspect was identified
by the lead investigator
in the case, Detective
Harry Maggio,
who suffered a
severe head injury
during the dramatic rescue
of a potential 12th victim
at Cain's Garage.
We are happy to say that he
with no lasting effects
from the injury.
However, sources tell us
an internal investigation
has been launched
involving Detective Maggio.
While we don't know the
specifics of this investigation,
rumors state that
the investigation may
of serious misconduct,
including narcotics
and prostitution.

informed that due to

the Bossier City Police
have involved the FBI
in their investigation
of Detective Maggio.
