Opening shot of Bader Zamalano's room, which is drawn in notebook style like Diary of a Wimpy Kid. Bader is holding his red journal and talking to the camera.

Bader:
"hey guys , today marks the beginning of my plan to impress Keisha, the girl next door. I love everything about her, from the way she walks to the way she talks. She's beautiful, smart, and funny, everything I want in a girl. And with the help of Annie and Slim Z, I'm going to make her notice me."

Cut to the living room where Annie (22) is sitting with Keisha (9) and Slim Z (14). Caleb Reynolds (23) is standing by the door.

Annie:
"Alright, Keisha, let's get started on some math problems. Slim Z, can you help me out here?"

Keisha:
"Sure, Miss Annie. Math is my favorite subject."

Slim Z:
"I got this, Annie. You go and relax."

Annie smiles and leaves the room. Bader enters cautiously and walks up to Keisha.

Bader:
"Hey, Keisha. What are you working on?"

Keisha:
"Just some math problems. What's wrong with your voice? You sound funny."

Bader:
"Nothing, just clearing my throat. Hey, maybe I can help you with that. I'm pretty good at math."

Keisha:
"Really? That would be great."

Bader and Keisha start working on the problems while Slim Z watches them suspiciously.

Cut to Caleb Reynolds in the kitchen, staring at Keisha's mom Sheila (35) who is cooking.

Caleb Reynolds (to himself): "Oh man, she's so hot. I've got to talk to her."

Sheila turns around and catches Caleb staring at her.

Sheila:
"Can I help you with something, Caleb?"

Caleb Reynolds:
"Uh, no, sorry, I was just, uh, admiring your cooking skills."

Sheila laughs.

Sheila:
"Well, thank you. You're such a sweetie."

Caleb Reynolds blushes and leaves the kitchen.

Cut back to the living room where Slim Z and Keisha are slow dancing to a love song. Bader is heartbroken and runs to his room.

Bader (to the camera): "Dear journal, my heart is shattered into a million pieces. How could Slim Z do this to me? I thought he was my brother. I thought he had my back. But it's clear now that Keisha only has eyes for him."

Cut to the school where Dr. Raymond (50) is confronting Tashi (9) and her goons.

Dr. Raymond:
"Tashi, I've had enough of your bullying. I'm giving you a special detention and ordering you to stay away from Bader."

Tashi:
"What? That's not fair! He started it!"

Caleb Johnston (11) and Everleigh Labrant (10) walk up to Dr. Raymond.

Caleb Johnston:
"Don't worry, Dr. Raymond. We'll stick close to Bader and make sure Tashi doesn't bother him."

Everleigh Labrant: "Yeah, we're his protectors."

Dr. Raymond nods and leaves. Tashi and her goons glare at Bader, Caleb Johnston, and Everleigh.

Cut back to Bader's room where he is writing in his journal.

Bader (to the camera): ", today didn't go as planned. Keisha is in love with Slim Z, Caleb Reynolds is in love with Keisha's mom, and Tashi is still after me. But at least I have my friends who have my back. And who knows, maybe tomorrow will be a better day."

Suddenly Tashi bursts into Bader's room with her goons and they start chasing Bader, Caleb Johnston, and Everleigh.

Bader (to the camera): "Oh no, gotta go!"

The episode ends with the three of them running out of the room and the camera pans to the door where Tashi is laughing menacingly.
