INT. LIVING ROOM - DAY

(Bader, a 9-year-old boy, sits on the couch narrating to the camera. He wears a big smile on his face.)

(Bader glances at the TV remote, which lies on the coffee table.)

BADER:
(Narrating) You see, every time the season finale of my favorite show, ARGGH!, is about to start, my siblings always fight over the TV remote. But not today! Today, I have a plan.

(He reaches into his pocket and pulls out a walkie-talkie.)

BADER:
(CONT'D) I'll contact Caleb and Everleigh, my best friends. We'll watch the show separately to avoid any distractions.

(Bader switches on the walkie-talkie and starts talking.)

EXT. BADER'S BACKYARD - DAY

(Caleb Johnston, 11, and Everleigh Labrant, 10, stand excitedly, holding their walkie-talkies.)

CALEB JOHNSTON:
(Through walkie-talkie) Bader, it's almost 8 o'clock! Are you ready?

BADER:
(Through walkie-talkie) I'm ready, Caleb. Let the plan unfold!

CUT TO:

INT. BADER'S HOUSE - LIVING ROOM - DAY

(Bader sets up a tea party set for Shaikha, his little sister, and places two frogs on Slim Z's favorite chair.)

BADER:
(Whispering to himself) Tea party for Shaikha, frogs for Slim Z.

(He spots Annie Baltic, their 22-year-old babysitter, about to descend the stairs.)

BADER:
(CONT'D) (Grinning mischievously) Annie, grab your camera! The kids are about to have a big fight!

(Annie happily rushes off to get her camera, unaware of Bader's plan.)

BADER:
(CONT'D) (Holding Shaikha up) Come on, Shaikha. Let's keep Caleb from watching TV.

(He hands a basket of eggs to Caleb Reynolds, their 23-year-old babysitter, distracting him.)

BADER:
(CONT'D) Here, Caleb. Play with these eggs while we watch TV.

(Caleb Reynolds chuckles and takes the basket from Bader.)

BADER:
(CONT'D) (To Slim Z) Hey, Slim Z! How about we play catch with this football?

(Bader hands Slim Z a football filled with helium, causing it to float in the air.)

SLIM Z:
(Laughing) That's awesome, Bader!

BADER:
(To Everleigh) Everleigh, wait! I think I see a huge zit on your nose!

(Everleigh gasps, panicking, and runs off to the bathroom.)

INT. ANNIE'S BEDROOM - NIGHT

(Annie sits on her bed with her guitar, strumming a tune.)

BADER:
(V.O.) Now, it's time for Annie. I'll send her to her room with a glowing flashlight that creates a light show.

(Bader hands Annie a flashlight with a colorful light setting.)

BADER:
(CONT'D) Annie, I think you left your flashlight upstairs. Can you go get it? We want to see your cool light show!

(Annie happily leaves the room to fetch the flashlight.)

INT. BASEMENT - NIGHT

(Bader, Caleb Johnston, and Everleigh huddle together in the dark basement, terrified.)

BADER:
(Whispering) Did you hear that? Someone was chanting my name!

CALEB JOHNSTON:
(Whispering) Bader, what should we do? Should we call for help?

BADER:
(Whispering) No, Caleb, I've got this. Let's attack the ghost together.

(They scream and flail their arms, only to find the lights suddenly turning on.)

INT. LIVING ROOM - NIGHT

(Annie stands by the light switch, grinning.)

ANNIE:
(Smiling) Voila! The lights are back on!

(They all laugh, realizing that the "ghost" was just their laundry.)

INT. LIVING ROOM - NIGHT

(Bader sits on the couch, surrounded by his friends and siblings, watching ARGGH! on TV.)

BADER:
(Excited) We did it! I didn't miss the season finale of ARGGH!. It's the best day ever!

(Everyone cheers and enjoys the show together.)
