Bloodlines Page #3

Synopsis: In the sticks of Kentucky, a demented family of inbreds begin the process of cleaning up their blood line. Their twisted family is led by Billy Bob Hackford, who in his madness abducts unsuspecting young women. As a sadistic sport, the clan forces the girls to fight, gladiator style to the death, to determine the strongest. Billy Bob then rapes the victor in hopes of a pregnancy and expanding the Hackford family. The Hackford's plan changes when they abduct Amber Strickland, a southern tom boy whose family ties run as deep as her abductors. She's not a victim or prey, but a huntress raised in the backwoods of Alabama. Her brothers, Bear and Brody track her down and a feud of country folks erupt into a massacre, with only the strongest to survive.

You don't worry about me.

I'll be just fine.

You've always been strong.

Now I need you to be stronger

- I can't do this.

- Jenny. Jenny!

I need you to be strong.

All right?

Now, I didn't leave you,

and I'm not gonna leave them.

Take this.

This is gonna give you courage.

You can be strong,

just like this bear, all right?

You can do it.

Okay.

All right.

We'll be here when you get back.

- What?

- We will be fine.

We'll be fine.

Ugh!

Aah-h!

I can't take this!

It's too long.

It's only been a few minutes.

It's dark out there and

there's a lot of woods to cover.

She's not coming back!

Find the keys, let's get out ofhere!

She always makes it back.

What are you doing?

I'm getting the hell out ofhere.

We are not leaving!

It's them! It's them!

- Hurry!

All right? But we gotta go.

- We gotta go, all right?

- Okay.

Calm down, come on,

come on. Come on. Come on.

Bear!

Ugh.

Oh, Teddy Bear,

I'm so glad to see you.

Hey, where's Brody?

No...

No... not Brody.

Well, I guess I still have you.

Time to die!

Ooh, goddamn, that hurts, don't it?

No, Teddy Bear.

I need you, Teddy Bear.

Please don't leave me.

No, please don't leave me!

Oh... Teddy Bear.

No, Teddy Bear.

Please don't leave me.

I need you, Teddy Bear.

Please don't go.

No, Teddy Bear...

Why the hell won't you die?

'Cause I'm a Strickland,

you inbred piece of sh*t!

That's my uncle's,

you backwoods b*tch!

Is that all you got?

Ooh, that's a nice little

f*** face you got there.

Oh, it's on now, b*tch.

Oh, it's gonna be so fun f***in' you.

You're so purty.

Whoo!

Home run!

It's breedin' time, b*tch.

Oh, yeah, I can't wait

to split you open.

Ah, sh*t!

You slut!

Breedin' season's over.

What happened?

You all right?

It's all over. They're all dead.

Just got one thing left to do.

What?

I've got to collect my family.

Oh, God. Thank God.

Thank God!

Oh, I thought you were dead.

I thought you both were dead.

Baby girl, it's gonna

take more than some inbreds

to take out a Strickland.

Oh, Brody.

- Ah!

- Oh, I'm sorry.

Me and Bear gonna need

some time to heal.

Yeah.

Well, looks like you been getting practice.

Doin' pretty good there.

You ain't the only badass in the family.

Oh!

Baby girl keeps her promises.

Yes, she does.

Let's go home.

Yes, sir.

I don't need it anymore.

You've made me stronger

and that will always be in here.

Well, like I always say,

Stephen Durham

Stephen Durham (born 1947) is an American activist based in New York City, and the Freedom Socialist Party (FSP) nominee for President of the United States in the 2012 general election. The socialist feminist FSP, a Trotskyist party, is running a write-in campaign that also includes Christina López, a Chicana feminist, for vice-president.Durham was born in North Carolina and grew up in Southern California. He attended the University of California at Berkeley during the 1960s, where he took part in protests of the Vietnam War and joined actions to gain Third World Studies. He was an early member of the gay rights movement and attended the first national lesbian and gay gathering, the West Coast Gay Liberation Conference, which took place in 1969 in Berkeley.Durham joined the Freedom Socialist Party and, in 1976, founded the Los Angeles branch of the organization. In 1984, he relocated to New York City, where he has served as the party organizer for many years. Durham worked as a union waiter in California and New York City. He mobilized with his female, of color and immigrant co-workers, during the 1985 New York City Hotel Trades Council strike by 16,000 workers. In this he was aided by his fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, which he gained in high school and retained through frequent travels to Latin America and the Caribbean where he has connected with other feminists and socialists. Durham’s first electoral effort for the FSP was in 1998, running for New York State Assembly the 71st District, a predominantly Latino and African American community.Campaign materials for the FSP claim that the party is “taking the unconventional route of a write-in campaign because corporate funding of the two major parties and restrictive ballot access laws stack the deck against minor parties.”According to Durham, “The FSP ticket is a chance for people to vote not only against something, but for something. The campaign is thrilled to be giving people a way to send a strong protest message, find new kindred souls, and strengthen organizing efforts for a future all workers deserve.”In California in 2012, Durham ran for the presidential nomination of the Peace & Freedom Party, a left-wing electoral ballot coalition. After a struggle against the Secretary of State's unilateral refusal to add Durham and Peta Lindsay, candidate for the Party for Socialism and Liberation, to the ballot, Durham was added to the list of primary candidates. more…
