(dramatic piano music)

- [Man Voiceover] This

thing is not part of me.

(dramatic piano music)

I don't remember the exact

moment that happened.

(dramatic piano music)

It simply dawned on me that

this was not part of me.

(dramatic piano music)

(sobbing)

(dramatic piano music)

Feels foreign.

Alien.

Like a parasite.

(dramatic piano music)

Of course, everyone tried to help.

Doctors.

Family.

There are people you can talk to.

There are people who can help.

They don't help.

In the end, they wouldn't

do what needs to be done.

(dramatic piano music)

I don't expect people to understand.

That's why I came here.

To be alone.

(sobbing)

This is what I want.

It's what I need.

I just want to feel whole.

I want to be happy.

I want to be me.

(breath gently whooshes)

(strap snaps)

(heart thumping)

This thing is not part of me.

I don't know that it ever was.

(inhales deeply)

(heart thumping)

(flesh ripping)

(man grunting)

(muffled screaming)

(heart thumping)

(grunting)

(heart thumping)

(grunting)

(camera beeps)

(shutter clicks)

(heart thumping)

(grunting)

(bone snaps)

(grunts)

(camera beeps)

(shutter clicks)

(heart thumping)

(muffled screaming)

(saw swishing)

(heavy breathing)

(groans)

(sobbing)

It's done.

(keys clicking)

(dramatic piano music)

The only question left is,

how to rid myself of

this?

(heart thumping)

(dramatic piano music)
