We see Jesus, a young man in his twenties, dressed in baggy jeans and a hoodie, laughing with his friends as they share a blunt.

Jesus (JC):
"Y'all ready for this weekend's block party?"

Friends:
"Hell yeah, JC! It's gonna be lit!"

As they walk down the street, they come across a group of people gathered around a woman who is crying and pleading for help. They see that she's been robbed and beaten.

JC:
"What happened here?"

Woman:
"They took everything, even my clothes."

JC:
"Don't worry, we got you."

JC and his friends take off their jackets and give them to the woman, helping her to her feet.

JC:
"Let's take her to my mom's house. She'll take care of her."

Act 1:

JC and his friends arrive at his mom's house, a modest home in the neighborhood. They introduce the woman to JC's mom, Mary, who takes her in and gives her food and a place to rest.

Mary:
"JC, what happened here?"

JC:
"Just some scumbags taking advantage of people. We can't let that happen in our community."

Mary:
"You're a good boy, JC. Always looking out for others."

JC:
"That's what we do, Ma."

The scene shifts to the next day, as JC and his friends prepare for the block party. They set up a DJ booth and tables with food and drinks.

As the party gets underway, we see JC mingling with the crowd, dancing and laughing with his friends. Suddenly, a rival gang shows up, armed and ready to cause trouble.

JC:
"Not on my watch."

Act 2:

JC approaches the rival gang and tries to reason with them, but they refuse to back down.

JC:
"Alright, if that's how you wanna play it."

A fight breaks out, and JC and his friends defend themselves. In the chaos, JC is hit in the head and knocked unconscious.

The scene shifts to JC waking up in a hospital bed, surrounded by his friends and family.

Mary:
"Thank God you're okay, JC. You had us all worried sick."

JC:
"I'm alright, Ma. Just a little bump on the head."

Mary:
"You can't keep getting into fights like this, JC. You're better than that."

JC:
"I know, Ma. But sometimes you gotta stand up for what's right."

Act 3:

As JC recovers, he starts to have a new perspective on life. He starts volunteering at a local community center, helping kids with their homework and teaching them how to play basketball.

He also starts attending church with his mom, and begins to understand the power of forgiveness and compassion.

One day, he sees the woman who was robbed and beaten at the block party. She thanks him for helping her, and tells him that she's started a new job and is doing much better.

JC:
"That's great to hear. You know, I'm not much of a religious person, but I do believe in a higher power."

Woman:
"Me too."

JC:
"Maybe we can pray together sometime."

The movie ends with JC and his friends standing on a street corner, looking out at the city.

JC:
"We might not have much, but we have each other. And that's all that matters."

Fade to black.

Falling Out of Love

Opening Scene:

We see a happy couple, Lisa and Tom, walking hand in hand through a park. They laugh and playfully tease each other as they enjoy the beautiful day.

Tom:
"I can't believe it's been ten years since we first met."

Lisa:
"Time flies when you're having fun."

Tom:
"I'm glad we found each other."

Lisa:
"Me too."

Act 1:

As the scene shifts, we see Lisa struggling with her feelings. She's been feeling distant from Tom lately, and can't help but think about a woman she met at work, Sarah.

Lisa:
"What's wrong with me? I'm married to a wonderful man, but I can't stop thinking about Sarah."

As Lisa spends more time with Sarah, she starts to realize that she's falling in love with her. She tries to ignore her feelings, but they only grow stronger.

One day, Lisa comes home to find Tom waiting for her with a surprise dinner.

Tom:
"I wanted to do something special for us. I know we've been busy lately."

Lisa tries to smile, but she can't shake the feeling that something is wrong.

Act 2:

As Lisa's feelings for Sarah continue to grow, she becomes more distant from Tom. She starts making excuses to spend time away from him, and starts having secret meetings with Sarah.

One night, Tom confronts her.

Tom:
"What's going on, Lisa? You've been distant lately. Are you cheating on me?"

Lisa:
"No, Tom. It's not like that."

Tom:
"Then what is it?"

Lisa breaks down and confesses that she's fallen in love with a woman.

Tom:
"I don't know what to say."

Lisa:
"I'm sorry, Tom. I never meant to hurt you."

Tom:
"I need some time to think."

Act 3:

As Lisa struggles with her feelings, Tom starts to understand that he can't force her to love him. He realizes that he still cares for her, but knows that he needs to let her go.

Tom:
"Lisa, I've been doing a lot of thinking. I know you're in love with someone else, and I can't make you stay with me. But I want you to know that I'll always love you."

Lisa:
"Thank you, Tom. I'm so sorry."

Tom:
"I'll be okay. I just want you to be happy."

The movie ends with Lisa and Sarah walking through the park, hand in hand, as Tom watches from a distance.

Tom:
"I may have lost her, but I'm glad she found happiness."

Fade to black.
