All right, come on.

Go down.

Then pivot on the back,

on the back.

Yeah, yeah.

Yeah, put pressure on it,

- Whoa.

- Whoa! Yeah.

All right. Turn again.

Turn, turn, turn.

All right, no, let go, let go.

Let go. You're on your own.

Man, I was just gettin' into it.

Nah, he's too busy.

Pssh. Same old Keith.

Yo, shut the f*** up!

The f*** happened to you?

I got jumped.

Did you even fight back?

Come on in, homie.

Get your scary ass in,

Ooh, ooh-oh-oh.

Tshoo, that sh*t was fine.

Hey, step out, homie.

That sh*t was hot.

Yo, really?

You don't have

no f***in' choice.

Get your sh*t and let's go.

F*** it, man.

It's getting crazy out there.

Yeah.

People are mad.

As they should be.

Hey, I got something for you.

I've never seen this one before.

Yeah, I found it in

some of my dad's old stuff.

You know, I was gonna

give it to you earlier

but I guess I forgot.

You remember her?

Of course.

Keep it.

Really?

Yeah, I mean it's yours.

What am I supposed to do with it?

Hey, let me ask you a question.

How come you're always

wearing that flower on your head?

I don't know. Probably 'cause

I never see flowers

in my neighborhood.

All I see is concrete and dirt.

Might as well have one

in my hair.

Mm-mm-mm-mm-mm

Mm-hmm-mm-mmm

Mm-mm-mm-mm-mm

Mm-hmm-mm-mmm

Mm-mm-hmm-mm-mm

Mm-mm-hmm-hmm

So, peep game, homie.

I'm about to buy

my lady some flowers.

And these motherfuckers is like $34.

Now, see, I ain't broke.

But I don't wanna spend $34

on no f***in' flowers.

You hear what I'm sayin'?

I mean, I feel like flowers is

natural, it's from the earth.

That sh*t should be free.

Hey, if you need a flower plug,

it's a lady around the corner...

Nah, you don't even look like

you be havin' date...

You be havin' dates?

Yo!

The f*** is goin' on up there?

Oh, sh*t, yo, please, man,

yo, can we just go back?

Is that smoke, G?

Yo, Curt, yo, yo, yo!

Yo, what the f***!

Hey, yo!

Chill! Yo, chill! No! Hey! Hey!

What the fu...

Yo, get his ass out.

Get the f*** out!

Chill the f*** out!

F*** this.

Everything's gonna be all right

Get him, get him!

Don't worry

Everything's gonna be all right

I may not even know

they may not even know

the verdict of the King trial

if they've been at work all day.

And here they are, trying to

drive down a city street

with no idea that they're

in danger

and they come in and

they're assaulted from all sides.

Wow. It's getting crazy

in South Central.

Yeah.

People start doing crazy sh*t

when they're mad.

Uh, we'd be in a lot better shape

but boy if you get

in the intersection,

you take your life

in your hands.

Yo, you think that crazy

sh*t will come over here?

In Paramount?

No, I don't think so.

It's far.

Guess so.

Why, you scared?

Nah, man.

Oh, sh*t.

- Yo, I think she knows you're here.

- Shhh.

Hey.

Hey.

What's up?

Where is she?

What makes you think

she's here?

She ain't got no f***in' friends.

I know she's here.

Hey, Kamilla, get your stuff.

How you doin'?

I'm fine.

What happened to your face?

Nah.

How's Keith?

He's fine.

Look, just tell her to hurry up.

Yeah.

Hey, Kamilla.

You're sister's waiting.

Hey, good job today.

Oh, wait, hold on.

Are you f***ing kidding me?!

You wanna kill me, b*tch?

Let's go!

Motherf***er,

I'm ready to die tonight!

Yo, what the f***, Mr. Kim?!

Yo, holy sh*t, man.

What the f***?

Yo, I got f***ing

pulled out of a car.

I almost died tonight!

Man, what the f*** is

going on, Mr. Kim?

Yo, it's a red.

Hey, it's a red.

It's a red!

Holy sh*t.

Mr. Kim, are you a f***ing spy?

Well, you talk like you're in

the f***ing military and sh*t.

I remember my dad

saying some sh*t like that

but I thought

he was just bullshitting.

Are you serious?

No.

I was recording my demo tape.

I'm a singer.

That's nice.

That was close.

It's been looted,

it was broken into.

They've been pilin' outta

there with liquor and

with goods of all kinds

for over an hour now.

Uh, to the right

bottoms of the screen,

you can't see it now,

there is gas station there

that has also uh, been looted

in the last 45 minutes.

You can see debris...

Hey.

That a new TV?

Oh, I got this for you.

Mmm.

That's what's up. All right.

But again, I'd like to

emphasize we've been

over this area for about

an hour and a half now

and totally around here...

Pretty interesting what's

happening on TV, right?

Mmm.

but boy if you get

in the intersection,

you take your life

in your hands

A little white station wagon

just coming up in there now.

And we see many people

almost get hit because...

Can you tell me something

good about Mom?

I mean... what was she like?

Was she mean?

Was she nice?
