INT. APARTMENT - DAY

A cat, Hank, watches his owner leave with his dog friend Lucy. Something wasn't right but the cat doesn't think twice about it.

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. APARTMENT - LATER THE SAME DAY

Hank watches his owner come home without his dog friend. Hank doesn't understand what is going on but knows that his owner is upset.

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. APARTMENT- NEXT DAY

Hank is now worried about his dog friend. He is looking everywhere around the apartment.

Hank looking out the windows.

Hank at the door waiting for it to open with his friend standing there.

Hank standing next to Lucy's dog bed they shared and crying.

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. APARTMENT - 3 WEEKS LATER

Hank is now sitting confidently in Lucy's old bed on her old spot watching the front door and other rooms.

Hank sitting in the window meowing at his owner when he sees someone walking by.

Hank jumping up alert still when the front door opens, hoping Lucy might be home, when she isn't he lays back down in her old spot.

BEN:

Not this time Hank, I miss her too buddy.

Hank walking onto Lucy's old bed and turning around in a circle 3 times and laying down to sleep and smelling his old friend.

END:
