Members of the jury you may now retire

and consider all the evidence in the case

You heard statements that the victim, Deepak Alavadia

did on ocassion inflict bodily injury on the defendant

his wife

However, it would appearthat none of

these injury was of the highest severity

What rubbish?

Silence!

Any more of this and l will have the

gallary cleared

The fact that the most recent incident took

place of full two hours

before she poured all patrols overthe deceased

This alone is reason not to consider either a plea

of self defence or provokation

lf you cann't reach a unanimous decision

l will accept a majority verdict

Court will now adjourned while the jury delibrates
