(CALVIN exits. LEAH quickly enters, kisses WILL, exits.)

WILL:

Oh sh*t, I was not expecting that.

EXT. WILL'S WORKSHOP - NIGHT

Jarrod and the others are going over some plans.

CHRIS:

     So, what's next?

JARROD:

We gotta find a way t draw Souza out into the open to get him away from his base of operations

JOHNNY:

Yeah, that sh*t CAN work, but you forget this nigga got hardcore high grade security, weapons, and technology. Only way Souza let us past that, is if we get rid of his eyes and ears.

ISABELLA:

How are we gonna do that, Souza practically has over a thousand eyes and ears, dirty cops, and henchmen to not only protect him, but kill anyone and anything.

LEAH:

She's right, Souza has them around him at all times, their basically a human shield towards him.

JARROD:

But, there is a way to get past them.

WILL:

          How?

JARROD:

Souza leaves control of his security and information to his right hand man.

CALVIN:

That Italian prick, he practically has his head pryed straight up Souza's ass most of the time, all we gotta do is keep him away from Souza.

JARROD:

           How?

CALVIN:

A distraction. Maybe some eye candy.

JARROD:

No, Vinne is too focused on his pledge of loyalty to Souza to be interested on women. But, he will anything that involves Souza suceeding on top of everyone else. And I know just how to do it.

WILL:

         What?

JARROD:

What is Souza foucused on right now besides his undying will to trample over others?

ALL:

           Us.

JARROD:

More importantly, me. As pissed of as that prick is, knowing him, I know he wants an advantage to gettin what he wants...........me.

WILL:

Yeah, if Jarrod is out in the open, Souza will have everyone foucused on him, long enough to keep him distracted so we can get inside and see what kind of stuff we could use to our advantage.

ISABELLA:

Sounds like a good plan, but how? We don't know where he is.

JARROD:

But we do know where he wll be next.

CALVIN:

           What?

JARROD:

Every year, Souza throws a fake charity ball to trick other rich people into paying for his plans of operations. Everytime, he makes almost up to 1,000,000,000 a party.

CALVIN:

Sounds like a plan. But how are we gonna get in?

JARROD:

Who said we were getting in so easily?

ISABELLA:

  So what are you purposing?

JARROD:

I say we go in through the backdoor.

JOHNNY:

Huh, so let me see if I have this correctly, we're gonna crash into a ball, filled with guards, killers, and snobby rich people.

JARROD:

          Exactly.

JOHNNY:

My kind of party. So boss, what's the plan?

JARROD:

  Who wants to go to Paris?

EXT. PARIS DELUXE MULTI-PLEX MANSION - NIGHT

In Paris, a large crowd of people dressed in fancy clothing are allover the place, Valets are parking cars, people are socializing and Jarrod is out in plain sight.

INT. PARIS DELUXE MULTI-PLEX MANSION - FRONT DOOR - NIGHT

[JARROD WALKING THROUGH CROWD]

(JARROD talks to microphone in tuxedo jacket.)

JARROD:

      You guys ready?

[WILL AND LEAH INSIDE MANSION ON STAIRWELL BANISTER]

WILL AND LEAH:

              Ready.

[ISABELLA DOWNSTAIRS IN V.I.P ROOM]

ISABELLA:

            Ready.

[CHRIS AND JOHNNY IN BACKYARD OUTSIDE IN VAN]

CHRIS:

        Been ready.

JOHNNY:

    Fast and furious fam.

[CALVIN AND GINA IN UPSTAIRS PARTY]

GINA:

          Ready.

CALVIN:

      Now or never.

[JARROD OUTSIDE AT FRONT DOOR]

JARROD:

  Calvin, do you see Souza?

[CALVIN STARING AT SOUZA FROM UPSTAIRS VIEW]

(CALVIN spots SOUZA sitting in V.I.P, sipping wine, talking with people.)

CALVIN:

Yeah, he's in the V.I.P section siping on some big red ass wine.

JARROD:

Get his attention, let him know his bait is here.

CALVIN:

Johnny! Chris! That's your cue.

JOHNNY:

       Over and out.

[JOHNNY AND CHRIS IN BACK]

(JOHNNY walks up to guards in back, JOHNNY dressed as employee.)

JOHNNY (BRAZILLIAN)

We have a problem in the front.

GUARD#1 (BRAZILIAN:)

             Come on.

GUARD#2

          Let's go.

JOHNNY (BRAZILIAN:)

Wait! Give me yor key, I'll get him through here.

(GUARD#2 grabs key card from belt pocket, gives it to JOHNNY. `GUARD#1 and GUARD#2 run around side of mansion to the front.)

JOHNNY:

          Dumbass guards.

[CHRIS COMES FROM BEHIND WALL]

CHRIS:

I know right? Souza be hiring some dumbass employees.

[JOHNNY SCANS KEY CARD]

(DOOR UNLOCKS)

(JOHNNY and CHRIS go inside.)

EXT. PARIS DELUXE MULTI-PLEX MANSION FRONT DOOR - NIGHT

Jarrod is standing, waiting for Guards to tell Vinne that Jarrod is here.

CONTINUED:

[GUARD#2 WALKS UP TO VINNIE IN UPSTAIRS BALCONY]

(GUARD whispered in VINNE'S ear. VINNIE grins, VINNIE exits. )

[FOUR GUARDS WALK OUT OF FRONT DOOR]

(JARROD spots guards.)

JARROD:

Gentlemen! I've been waiting for you, what took you so long?

GUARD#3

Souza will see you.......NOW.

(GUARDS #2 & #4 grab JARROD'S left and right arm. Walks inside.)

[ISABELLA IN V.I.P ROOM]

(ISABELLA sees JARROD carried inside into V.I.P section, talks to hidden microphone.)

ISABELLA:

Will, Leah, they took the bait. That's your cue.

[WILL AND LEAH IN UPSTAIRS PARTY]

WILL:

     On our way now.

[JARROD IS BEING WALKED THROUGH V.I.P SECTION TO SOUZA SITTING ON COUCH WITH TWO HALF DRESSED WOMEN]

(SOUZA glares at JARROD, holding wine glass in hand, GUARDS sit JARROD down in chair in front of SOUZA.)

SOUZA (WEAKLY:
)

Hello Jarrod. Nice suit. Reminds me of your father.

JARROD:

    (ANGRILY)

          Thanks.

SOUZA:

Tell me, what are you doing in my house? You honestly have some decency being here, especially after the last time you an I encountered. I can't say I'mnot happy your here. Except I don't see a bullet in your head.
