[Narrator (voiceover)] : It is the year 1776, and the American colonies are on the brink of a revolution. Tensions between the colonies and Great Britain have been simmering for years, and now the time has come for the colonists to take a stand.
[Scene] The man at the podium is Samuel Adams, a prominent Bostonian and one of the leading voices in the fight for independence. The crowd is tense, and the air is thick with anticipation.
[Samuel Adams] :
My fellow colonists, we have been living under the tyranny of British rule for far too long. We have been taxed without representation, and our rights as Englishmen have been trampled upon.
