We see Sara being raped by various animals. She violently tries to fend them off, but the animals give free rein to their urges. It is only with Ezra's help that the animals from the woman.

Sara (crying)

Why did they do that, what do they want from me?

Ezra (To Sara)

I think this is God's punishment.

Outside - day - rock

The next morning, Sara notices that her belly has tripled in size and that she is constantly bleeding from her vagina.

Meanwhile, Ezra tries to get a drink at the big river. But he can't manage to get a fuller sip. The corners of his mouth are already starting to foam. He has contracted rabies. He desperately tries to get some liquid down, but he keeps vomiting. The rain of blood still continues. Cut to: Black screen with text Crossfade: Day 3 in hell.

Outside - Day - Rocks

Sara has now grown a belly five times the size of her body. She can no longer move at all. But the bleeding is now also coming from her nose and ears. Ezra is now very dehydrated. He is starting to have hallucinations. He is also suffering from agitation.

Outside - day - rocks

We see how Sara finally begins to give birth; one misshapen child after another is born from her womb. The children are all half-breeds from the animals that raped her. Motionless after 7 births, she lies under the rock, covered in blood.

Ezra is now very emaciated as he cannot eat or drink anything. More and more foam forms in front of his mouth. He now has a long beard and is marked with dried blood.

Sara is almost bleeding to death from all the births and is suffering from delusions. In order not to starve to death, she starts killing her own deformed children and eating their raw flesh. Ezra can barely move or speak. He is already suffering from anorexia.

Outside - day - rocks

Sara (desperate) (To Ezra)

Ezra we have to call him and ask for forgiveness or we'll die here.

Ezra (suffering)

You (short pause) Courage call him.

Sara (hopeful)

Sara (convincingly)

God ( To Ezra & Sara)

Very well, I will give you the chance to return to paradise, but only one of you may return. (Continues) You yourselves must decide who may return to paradise and who must stay here in hell!

Sara and Ezra both look deep into each other's eyes and smile.
