FADE IN:

INT. THE MAGIC HOUSE - LIVING ROOM - DAY

The camera pans across a quaint, mid-century living room, sunlight peeking through the lace curtains. A grand piano sits in the corner, its gleaming black exterior a stark contrast to the warm, wooden floorboards. The walls are adorned with a mix of framed family photographs and whimsical paintings of animals playing musical instruments.

The room is empty, save for the faint sound of someone playing the piano in the next room. The music is light, cheerful, with a hint of longing.

CUT TO:

INT. THE MAGIC HOUSE - HALLWAY - CONTINUOUS

The melody grows louder as we follow the sound down the hallway. The walls are lined with more family photos, the floorboards creaking gently underfoot. The camera stops outside a CLOSED DOOR at the end of the hall.

CUT TO:

INT. THE MAGIC HOUSE - THE MAGICAL ROOM - CONTINUOUS

The door swings open to reveal a young GIRL, about 10 years old, with a mop of curly hair. She's dressed in a simple, yet charming dress, her eyes sparkling with excitement. She plays the piano with passion and skill beyond her years.

GIRL (singing)

In a world where dreams come alive,

Where shadows dance and colors survive,

There's a place, oh so rare to find,

Where the music of life is unconfined...

The girl, LUCY, stops playing and looks up, her eyes wide with wonder. She's not alone.

INT. THE MAGICAL ROOM - CONTINUOUS

The room is filled with ANIMALS - a rabbit with a top hat, a fox with a bow tie, a bear playing the violin, and a monkey tapping out a rhythm on a set of drums. They're all dressed in tiny human outfits and moving as if they're performing in a Broadway show.

LUCY:

(whispers)

They're real!

The animals look at her, surprised she's noticed them. They freeze for a moment, then resume their performance.

RABBIT:

(with a British accent)

Welcome to the Magic House, Miss Lucy!

FOX:

We've been waiting for you to arrive.

BEAR:

You're the new maestro here.

MONKEY:

Let's put on a show!

The animals start playing again, and Lucy, with a grin, joins in, the music swelling to fill the room.

CUT TO:

INT. THE MAGIC HOUSE - OUTSIDE THE MAGICAL ROOM - CONTINUOUS

The walls of the hallway begin to shake and bulge, as if the room's energy is trying to escape.

CUT TO:

INT. THE MAGICAL ROOM - CONTINUOUS

The animals perform a mesmerizing dance around Lucy, who plays the piano with newfound confidence. The room is a whirlwind of color and light, the walls pulsing with the rhythm of their performance.

CUT TO:

INT. THE MAGIC HOUSE - LIVING ROOM - CONTINUOUS

The door to the magical room SLAMS open. Lucy's MOTHER and FATHER rush in, looking concerned.

MOTHER:

Lucy! What's happening?

FATHER:

Is everything okay?

The magical animals retreat to the edges of the room, watching the parents with curiosity.

LUCY:

(excited)

Mom, Dad, you've got to see this!

The parents exchange a skeptical glance, then follow Lucy into the room.

INT. THE MAGICAL ROOM - CONTINUOUS

The room appears empty. The instruments are still, the animals are nowhere to be seen. The parents look around, puzzled.

MOTHER:

What's going on, honey?

FATHER:

Is it just an overactive imagination?

LUCY:

(disappointed)

You don't believe me.

The room suddenly goes dark, and the animals reappear, finishing their song.
