Jay:
(To Jane) yeah, Jake is my cousin. His father and my father were brothers.

Jane:
It’s nice to meet you Jake. Welcome to the neighborhood! You will love it here.

Jake:
I’m pleased to meet you too Jane. I sure will love this place. It looks promising. (Smiles)

Jane:
Yap, it is (Smiles, then stands up). I got to go back to work now. I’ll see you guys later.

Jay:
Bye dear. (Stands up and kisses Jane on the cheek)

Jake:
Bye Jane. (Jane leaves)

Jay:
So, you graduated this year in June? How come I never found out about that?

Jake:
It was on a short notice so I didn’t get to invite anyone.

Jay:
Anyway, so what will you be doing here?

Jake:
Nothing really, (Pauses) I’m waiting for Uncle Sam for the will's preparation.

Lucky you, at least you’ll get some money. (His phone beeps, he checks it then stands up) Anyway, I’ll catch up with you later. I need to go somewhere.
