8.5 Day.

Duona brewing coffee in a turbo, in the kitchen. Trekto walked into the kitchen with the girl-who was cuddling-walked in sadness-and met Duona's gaze.

The girl talked about her dreams and went to the table with him:

-You were the president, I was the secretary. -You were the president, I was the secretary. I scratched. And then I was pleasuring the president and he was drinking whiskey and liquor out of my p*ssy... Look at me...(Got angry). Well, write it in your notebook. We're a couple anyway. (spits on him and runs out crying)

Trekkto and Duona are silent.

Trecto(Duone):

-I'm sorry.

Duona:

-What for?

Trecto(ripped off a piece of scribbled paper from his notebook):

-You.

Duona(stepped away from the coffee, took a seat at the table, accepted the sheet and looked at the handwriting):

-I can't see very well. Can you help me?

Trekkto:

-You

My search

Completed.

(Silence. Coffee boiled. Duona shuddered)

Duona:

-Sometimes I understand the dance that is silent. I look at you and feel sad because outside, nothing.

(Gives him coffee, and he gives her a cigarette)

They're dainty

8.9.The meal.

Trekto is in the room with the Girl making sandwiches.

The girl:

-In this dream, we'll have a yacht, a spaceship! I will be queen of the world - loving my emperor.

Trekto(cute):

-And a parrot and a monkey.

The girl:

-And we'll be happy till death.

Trecto(propitiated):

-After?

The girl:

-After, -after -nothing.

Trekkto:

-What happens after nothing? - We'll be strangers?

The girl:

-There's nothing beyond life.

Trekkto:

-That's what you'll say.

The girl:

-How can you be so sure? I'm sure, and I'm telling you what I'm telling you.

Trekkto:

-Say what you say. Let's have dinner.

9. Lovers.

Trecto and Duona. Distribution Division - night.

The moon illuminates the room through the panoramic windows.

Trekkto:

-Who is in charge of the distribution?

Duona:

-Someone is always behind the scenes-and in charge, us.

Trekkto:

-Isn't everyone a volunteer?

Duona wept:

-Who knows... Time moves on, and not always with us.

Trekkto:

-This night I had a vision: someone embraced me asleep - I remember the warmth of excitement, with me and in me still...(waves). In that vision I opened my eyes - and I embraced you... No one has ever been so close to me... You are the deity of this place - and so familiar, as if from somewhere else.... I thought - it would be great to dream with those we dream about, to dream with those we dream about, and to love those we are in love with....

Duona smiled:

-The main ones are deceiving us. (took his hand). It would be great - to meet(wept) just to meet - somewhere else: a stream of Wind - and a fluff, a river - and a tear of a wanderer...(cried looking into the eyes of the one)....

Trekkto:

-What would help you recognize?

Duona (lifted her outer garment and showed the rune on her sacrum):

⁃ It means a relentless pursuit of the goal. I'll find what I'm looking for here - I've already found it - I remember this place (pointing to the window) from childhood dreams - and here it is: my life in a fist, and there's something beyond it...(looking away mournfully; turning to Trekto, hugging him and kissing him fearfully). We'll meet again(holds hands and drenches palms with tears, looks into eyes; lets go of hands - but Trecto hugs that one for a long time - and lets go. Duona walks away)

Trekkto:

-What if we get lucky in the distribution--

-Steps. Blackout. Other steps. Crackle-

10.Quarantine

Trecto woke up at his place and reached for the rest of his dinner. The girl is asleep. An announcement on the broadcaster:

"Sleepers! There are several sick people in the center - we are declaring a quarantine: stay together - and soon everything will be resolved"

The girl's asleep.

11.Destiny

Lobby:
sleepers have breakfast doughnuts with a cigarette. Janitors carrying containers. Krio coughed and spilled coffee on his way down the hallway.

Voiceover announcement: "Duona has left the center and wished us a good time from her cabin in France. What's not our timelessness!"

Cleaners are walking down the corridor: one slipped - and a body without arms and legs fell out of the container.

Trecto walked over and looked at the biomass: the rune on his sacrum. He recognized it and knelt down, scratching his face.

12.Retaliation.

Trekto walks into N.'s office, looks at a meter-long painting of St. Sebastian, and hits it with his fist. The fist remains in the painting - there is a hole behind it. Trecto tears the canvas off the frame and meets an almond-colored door: it opens.

From the door, the office is flooded with white light: sparkling fractals and the voices of magtres beyond the threshold:

-Come to us. Be with us. Come to us.

Trecto screamed, slammed the door shut, and woke up chained to the bunk.

A conversation between people in suits behind glass:

First:

-Double take. A perfect take.

Second:

-How much did he find out?

Third:

-The last words always mean the most.

Damn it:

-We'll take care of it.

Suit One (approaching Trekto):

-We're winding down.

Trekkto:

-You killed them. All of them. Her.

Suit One:

-It's ambiguous. You'll see for yourself. (Pulls a capsule from his breast pocket). Have you heard of Somnambulist?

Trecto is silent.

Suit One:

-You shouldn't have opened that light, sleeper. Go to the nightmare-from whence there is no way out.(puts the pill in Trekto's mouth and leaves).

/surrealistic s frame filters/red glow/shrieks of slaughtered animals/Trekto in animal grin.

13.Storytelling.

present

The cops are on the concrete floor - in Trekto's room.

Second:

-Take us away.

First:

-If you want.

Trecto(upon reflection):

-I'll be fine.

14.Study.

Trekkto opens the door of the Cabinet - it's a mess inside, St. Sebastian has not been restored. Trecto walks across the cluttered floor to the painting, elbows through it, and fumbles for the door. It opens: Light.

Violet Light flies up to the doorway and tells Trekto in Duona's voice:

-Hello.

And Trekto stepped into the space that opened up, became a red flame, twined yin-yang with Violet - and the yin-yang slipped out of the picture against the background of the shimmering white world.
