Damisa Ongsiriwattana is the co-founder of SOUR Bangkok – the first independent agency in Thailand specializing in campaigns and content for women – and she’s joining AD STARS 2020 as one of the Final Judges. SOUR is the female-focussed Thai agency behind the ‘Girl from nowhere’ television series, which it created for client GMM Grammy. When the series launched in 2018 it “broke the internet”, reaching 6.7 million views within two weeks. Campaign Brief Asia spoke to Damisa Ongsiriwattana about SOUR’s success, the next season of ‘Girl from nowhere’, and her upcoming responsibilities at the AD STARS 2020 Awards, which are now welcoming entries free of charge until 15th May.
