Synopsis: The story of "The Lost Book of Enki" revolves around the ancient Sumerian gods known as the Anunnaki, who arrived on KI to mine gold and were responsible for creating a civilization. Enki, one of the Anunnaki, is the main protagonist and is depicted as a wise and cunning god who often clashes with his jealous and power-hungry half-brother Enlil. Enki is also enamored with his half-sister Ninmah, who is envious of her brothers' power and resents being left out of their inner circle. The story follows Enki's attempts to navigate the complex power dynamics of the Anunnaki while also trying to protect his new creation from Enlil's wrath. A true template of human existence exploring the darkest recesses of the human psyche, offering a chilling glimpse into the depths of our collective unconscious. An admission detailing the dangers of jealousy and envy, the ethical implications of playing god, and the consequences of seeking power at all costs.

Scene 64

LALUZ (voiceover): 

Collecting water from my flask, I continued my course with heightened alertness. The sweet fruits of the orchard also found their place in my possession. Guided by a sense of purpose, I made my way towards the waiting chariot.

Scene 65

The darkness envelops as he reaches the chariot, and the camera pans across the empty landscape, highlighting his isolation and vulnerability. LALUZ's face is illuminated by the faint glow of the stars above, revealing a mix of wonder and astonishment.

LALUZ (voiceover) :

THE BRIGHTNESS OF THE SUN'S RAYS WAS GREATLY DIMINISHED; DARKNESS IT WAS AS I REACHED THE CHARIOT. THE SHORTNESS OF THE DAY I PONDERED. THE CYCLE OF LIGHT AND DARKNESS, A CONSTANT REMINDER OF THE EVER-CHANGING NATURE OF OUR EXISTENCE.

Scene 66

Laluz reaches for the flask at his side and takes a swig of water. The refreshing liquid invigorates him, and he feels renewed energy coursing through his veins.

LALUZ (voiceover) :

THE TRUTH IN THE ACCOUNTS OF THE BEGINNING, MY EYES COULD NOW SEE: THE CELESTIAL BODIES AND THEIR CIRCUITS, THE HAMMERED BRACELET, WERE ALL CREATED AND NAMED!

Scene 67

Cut to a close-up of LALUZ.

LALUZ (voiceover) :

IN MY HEART I KNEW ONE MORE TRUTH A BEHOLDING NEEDED: THE GOLD, THE MEANS OF SALVATION, TO BE FOUND WAS NEEDED.

As he ponders the truth of the beginning tales, the camera zooms in on his face, highlighting the determination and focus.

LALUZ (voiceover) :

IF TRUTH BE IN THE BEGINNING TALES, IF BY THE WATERS THE GOLDEN VEINS OF TIAMAT WERE WASHED, IN THE WATERS OF KI, IT'S CUT-OFF HALF, GOLD MUST BE FOUND!

Scene 68

The camera zooms in as the moon rises slowly, its bright, white light illuminating the scene.  The camera zooms in closer on the moon, creating a sense of awe and wonder. Cut to LALUZ's astonished expression as he witnesses a cool, luminous light emerging on the horizon, emanating a soft white glow. 

LALUZ (voiceover): 

FROM THE DIRECTION OF THE MARSHES, A CELESTIAL PHENOMENON UNFOLDED BEFORE MY EYES. THE EARTH'S OTHER COMPANION, KINGU, REVEALED ITSELF IN THE NIGHT SKY, ITS RADIANT PRESENCE CAPTIVATING AND AWE-INSPIRING.

The camera pans upward, capturing the majestic sight of Kingu as it continues its ascent, casting a gentle glow upon the surrounding landscape. LALUZ stands in awe, realizing the significance of this celestial encounter, and how it intertwines with his journey.

The scene ends with LALUZ gazing up at Kingu, a sense of wonder and purpose reflected in his eyes, as he contemplates the profound connection between the heavens and the task that lies ahead. The camera zooms in on the sky and the moon until it covers the screen.

Cut to EXT. ROYAL PALACE - NIGHT

Cut to - She is standing in a dimly lit corridor, resembling moonlight, as she speaks with ENLIL

Camera cuts to a tale of the tape style description every time a new character is introduced.

EA(voiceover):

ENLIL 13, SHINY WHITE SKIN, BLOND “MAN BUN”, THIN MUSTACHE, BLUE EAGLE EYES WITH WINGS. 6'9 250.

Blue super suit with a white cape

NINMAH (ELITE English accent) (seductively)  : ENLIL, DO YOU EVER THINK ABOUT WHAT COULD BE BETWEEN US?

ENLIL (English accent) (nervous) : WHAT! WHAT DO YOU MEAN, NINMAH?

She approaches ENLIL and starts running her hand over his chest.

NINMAH (ELITE English accent) (seductively) : I WANT TO GIVE YOU A SPECIAL BIRTHDAY GIFT.

She grabs his hand and walks him to her chamber.

ENLIL (English accent) (breathlessly) : NINMAH, I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING.

The camera focuses on ENLIL's ever changing facial expressions. ENLIL's eyes open wide and his heart begins to beat faster and faster and he starts to sweat as they reach her door.

ENLIL (English accent) (taken aback) : I...I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY. I THOUGHT, EA?

NINMAH (ELITE English accent) : STOP TALKING!

Scene 70

EA(voiceover):

NINMAH AND ENLIL ENTERED HER CHAMBER. THE DOOR CLOSED.

FADE TO BLACK:

Scene 71

Fade in on a medium shot of NINMAH, her face twisted with anger and resentment. She stares at her reflection in the mirror, her hand tightly gripping her baby belly, a mix of emotions boiling within her.

NINMAH (ELITE English accent) (through gritted teeth) : I'LL SHOW HIM WHAT HE COULD HAVE HAD AND WHAT HE LOST.

Her voice drips with venom as she voices her malicious intent. The mirror reflects her simmering rage, and her eyes burn with a vindictive fire.

NINMAH (ELITE English accent) (with bitterness) : HE THOUGHT HE COULD LEAVE ME BEHIND, DISCARD ME LIKE A FORGOTTEN RELIC. WELL, I'LL MAKE SURE HE FEELS THE PAIN OF MY BETRAYAL.

Her words are laced with resentment and a determination to make EA suffer. The camera captures the intensity of her anger, highlighting the storm raging within her.

NINMAH (ELITE English accent) (with a wicked smile) : LET HIM WITNESS THE CONSEQUENCES OF HIS ACTIONS. LET HIM SEE WHAT HE'S MISSED OUT ON, WHAT HE'LL NEVER HAVE.

Cut to INT. EA'S CHAMBER - NIGHT (cloudy)

Scene 72

The camera focuses on NINMAH sitting on a couch, holding a glass of wine. EA stands in front of her, his eyes filled with sadness.

NINMAH (ELITE English accent) (sighs) : IT'S TRUE. I AM WITH CHILD.(takes a sip of wine)

In a close-up shot, EA's face falls, revealing a mix of disappointment, sadness, and frustration. As EA processes the information he has just received, his features show a visible shift from hope or anticipation to a somber realization.

EA :
NINMAH, HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN? I THOUGHT WE ...

NINMAH (ELITE English accent) (interrupts and smirks) : YOU CAN'T HAVE EVERYTHING YOU WANT. I COULDN'T. AND THIS TIME, YOU DEFINITELY WON'T(pauses)GET WHAT YOU WANT.

EA (devastated) : WHO'S THE FATHER?

NINMAH (ELITE English accent) (smiling wickedly) : ENLIL. AND I MUST SAY, HE WAS QUITE THE PASSIONATE LOVER.

The camera lingers on EA's face, allowing the audience to empathize with his inner turmoil. EA's face twists in pain as he realizes what has happened.

EA (in disbelief ): YOU SEDUCED HIM?

NINMAH (ELITE English accent) (shrugs) : HE WAS WILLING ENOUGH... AND NOW, I HAVE HIS CHILD. A TRUE HEIR TO THE THRONE.

EA (confused) :
WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?

NINMAH (ELITE English accent) (takes a sip of wine then puts it down): I MOSTLY DID IT TO HURT YOU. AFTER OUR ENGAGEMENT WAS ABRUPTLY BROKEN, I WAS DEVASTATED. I COULDN'T EAT, FORGOT TO SLEEP, I COULDN'T GO OUTSIDE... AND WORSE ; EVERYONE KEPT TELLING ME TO BE STOIC. I'M NOT LIKE YOUR FÁDRE!

EA (frustrated) : NINMAH, THAT'S NOT FAIR. I STILL LOVE YOU VERY MUCH, BUT OUR DUTY, TO FÁDRE AND OUR PEOPLE...
