Synopsis: The story of "The Lost Book of Enki" revolves around the ancient Sumerian gods known as the Anunnaki, who arrived on KI to mine gold and were responsible for creating a civilization. Enki, one of the Anunnaki, is the main protagonist and is depicted as a wise and cunning god who often clashes with his jealous and power-hungry half-brother Enlil. Enki is also enamored with his half-sister Ninmah, who is envious of her brothers' power and resents being left out of their inner circle. The story follows Enki's attempts to navigate the complex power dynamics of the Anunnaki while also trying to protect his new creation from Enlil's wrath. A true template of human existence exploring the darkest recesses of the human psyche, offering a chilling glimpse into the depths of our collective unconscious. An admission detailing the dangers of jealousy and envy, the ethical implications of playing god, and the consequences of seeking power at all costs.

NINMAH (ELITE English accent) (cuts in angrily): OUR DUTY? WHAT ABOUT MY FEELINGS! ? MY HEART WAS SHATTERED, AND YOU JUST WENT OFF AND MARRIED SOMEONE YOU DIDN'T EVEN KNOW. (gathers herself) I HAD TO DO SOMETHING, ANYTHING TO MAKE YOU FEEL SOME OF THE PAIN I FELT. (with tears in her eyes) I STILL FEEL!

EA (sighs) :
NINMAH. I DIDN'T REALIZE HOW MUCH ALL OF THIS WOULD HURT YOU.

NINMAH (ELITE English accent): HOW COULD YOU? (wipes her tears) YOU WERE SO EXUBERANTLY HAPPY. (stands up) WELL, NOW YOU KNOW. (Walks towards the door) AND YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO LIVE WITH IT. (smirks and exits)

Scene 73

The camera focuses on EA alone in his chambers, staring out the window at the night sky. EA stands there, his heart heavy with regret and guilt. He takes a deep breath and then exhales.  

EA:
WHAT HAVE I DONE?( looks down, deep in thought) (pauses) WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

The camera pans up into the night sky then pans back down into a different window.

INT. NINMAH'S CHAMBER - NIGHT(cloudy)

Scene 74

Cut to a medium shot of NINMAH through the window, the camera focuses on NINMAH as she opens her chamber door. Just as she is about to close the door, ENLIL swiftly blocks it. The camera alternates close-up shots of a visibly frustrated NINMAH and a confident yet oblivious ENLIL. Cut to a wide shot of ENLIL as he kneels before NINMAH, his childlike innocence contrasting with her growing anger. NINMAH's expression shifts from confusion to resentment as she realizes the implications of ENLIL's presence. Cut to a medium shot of NINMAH, her gaze hardened and cold as she looks down at ENLIL realizing what is about to happen and picks him up like a child.

Scene 75

The camera focuses in close-up on ENLIL. Heartbroken, confused and rejected. Cut to a tight shot of NINMAH's face as she leaves. Cut back to ENLIL watching NINMAH as she turns and sternly walks away. ENLIL bows his head, the camera pans to his fists balling.

Cut to INT.  WHITE ROOM

Scene 76

A sterile stark white room, almost blindingly so. Medical robots line the walls, their instruments and monitors beeping rhythmically. The camera focuses on NINMAH lying on a medical bed in the center of the room, her expression blank and disconnected. Close-up shots reveal the cold, metallic features of the robotic medical professionals as they perform their duties with clinical detachment. Their robotic arms and instruments move with mechanical precision, attending to NINMAH's needs during the childbirth process. NINMAH gives birth to NINURTA sedated and alone. The camera pans to a small incubator nearby, where the robotic doctors carefully place NINURTA. Cut to a close-up shot of NINMAH's hand, reaching out towards the incubator but stopping short.

Cut to INT. ROYAL PALACE

Scene 77

The high priest of Nevermore speaks, the camera pans across the court, showing the various reactions of the courtiers to the announcement. The members of the court murmur in agreement, some nodding in approval, while others remain silent, their faces unreadable.

EA (voiceover):
ILIBRAT, THE HIGH PRIEST, M.ANU'S VIZER AND KEEPER OF RECORDS, SILVER COMPLEXION, SILVER HAIR, SILVER EYES. A 2 FACED BEING. BOTH SIDES RESEMBLE A BARN OWL. 6’ 200

ILIBRAT (Russian accent): BY THE ORDER OF M.ANU, OUR GREAT KING, IT IS DECLARED THAT NINURTA, SON OF ENLIL AND NINMAH, SHALL BE HEIR TO THE THRONE OF NEVERMORE.

The camera lingers on the faces of the courtiers, their eyes betraying a mixture of admiration and envy.

Scene 78

The camera cuts to M.ANU as he stands and walks closer to his daughter, his face stern and unyielding.

M.ANU (in private to NINMAH) : YOU SHALL NOT MARRY ANY OF YOUR BROTHERS.

The camera zooms in on M.ANU'S face, his bright blue eagle eyes flashing with an intensity that leaves no room for doubt. The camera then zooms in on NINMAH's face, her blue eagle eyes narrowing in anger as she processes her father's command. The tension between them is palpable as they stand in silence for a moment before M.ANU turns and walks away, leaving NINMAH alone with her thoughts.

Scene 79

The camera switches to a wide shot of MARDUK, 12, 7'5 325 and DAMKINA, 28, 7' 235 standing at the edge of the celebration, watching from afar. The colors of the landscape are muted and desaturated, emphasizing the solemnity of the moment. DAMKINA stands beside MARDUK. The camera zooms in on MARDUK'S stoic expression.

Cut to EXT. CHARIOT - KI (night)

Cut to INT. CHARIOT

CABARET NOCTURNE - OCCULT SPELLS (5:00) 80-90

Scene 80

Cut to a close up of LALUZ'S determined expression. Pan to his hands as he dismantles the tester from the chariot's pole, his movements quick and precise.

LALUZ(voiceover):

WITH STEADY HANDS, THE TESTER FROM THE CHARIOT'S POLE I DISMANTLED.

Scene 81

The camera cuts to a close-up of LALUZ putting on the fish's suit, with the sound of his labored breathing adding to the tension.

LALUZ(voiceover):

WITH TREMBLING HANDS THE FISH'S SUIT I DONNED, THE FAST ARRIVING DAYLIGHT EAGERLY AWAITING.

Cut to EXT. KI - DAY(sunny)

Scene 82

The camera zooms out to show the chariot and LALUZ exiting into the marshes at daybreak. The camera pans across the landscape, highlighting the beauty of the setting.

LALUZ(voiceover):

AT DAYBREAK THE CHARIOT I EXITED, TO THE MARSHES I QUICKLY STEPPED.

Scene 83

The camera zooms in on his feet wading into deeper waters, the sound of water sloshing around his legs creating a sense of immersion.

LALUZ(voiceover):

INTO DEEPER WATERS I WADED, THE TESTER INTO THE WATERS I INSERTED.

Scene 84

Cut to a close-up of LALUZ.

LALUZ(voiceover):

AS I GAZED AT ITS ILLUMINATED FACE, MY HEART POUNDED EAGERLY IN MY CHEST.(we hear his heart pounding faster)

Scene 85

LALUZ(voiceover):

THE TESTER WAS REVEALING THE WATER'S CONTENT, ITS FINDINGS DISCLOSED THROUGH SYMBOLS AND NUMBERS.

The camera zooms in on the tester, with symbols and numbers appearing on its illuminated face. The sound of ticking and beeping intensifies, adding to the suspense.

Scene 86

The camera zooms in on LALUZ : He's found gold in the water, a look of triumph crossing his features.

LALUZ(voiceover):

THEN MY HEARTBEAT SLOWED DOWN AS THE TESTER REVEALED THE PRESENCE OF GOLD IN THE WATERS.

Scene 87

The camera cuts to a wide shot of the forest. The background is dark and shadowy, with only a faint outline of trees visible in the distance. The only sound is the soft hum of insects and the rustling of leaves. Suddenly, a figure appears in the view, standing in the midst of the trees. LALUZ, wading through the marshes.

Scene 88

The camera follows LALUZ through the marshes, the landscape in a series of dizzying shots from low angles. The camera occasionally pauses to show the reeds and mud, and the sounds of squishing footsteps and splashing water are amplified to a deafening level.

LALUZ(voiceover):

UNSTEADY ON MY LEGS I STEPPED FORWARD, MAKING MY WAY DEEPER INTO THE MARSHES.
