turns THE AD into CONFETTI, we hear the VOICE of LAUREL

AVENAL OVER:

LAUREL (V.O.)

A famous poet once said, beauty is truth, truthbeauty...

EXT. URBAN PARK -DAY

A HOMELESS CAMP --tents, boxes, etc. --nearby. BAG LADIES

stand in a line near MAKE-UP STOOLS, AVENAL GIRLS are busypainting their faces, doing their best.

LAUREL (O.S.)

...or maybe it's the other way around...

FIND LAUREL AVENAL at a TABLE with a BANNER: "AVENAL CARES."

VIDEO CAMERAS are trained on her as she signs POSTERS,

PERFUME BOXES, etc. while talking into a MIC.

LAUREL:

The point is, everyone deserves to look in themirror and feel good about themselves. Be we rich

or poor, we all must strive to be more beautifulthan we can be...

A PROCESS SERVER in a suit with a briefcase reaches Laurel,

places a stack of papers in front of her. She starts to signautomatically, then stops, turns off the mic.

LAUREL:

What is this?

PROCESS SERVER:

Laurel Avenal, I am hereby serving you with arestraining order.

LAUREL:

What?

PROCESS SERVER:

You are not to set foot within one hundred yards ofany property owned or occupied by Avenal BeautyCorporation or any of its subsidiaries or

affiliates.

LAUREL:

I --this must be some sort of mistake -

PROCESS SERVER:

You will, however, have sixty days to remain inresidence at the Avenal estate, at the end of which

IRIS DOWN TO:

INT. PATIENCE'S APARTMENT -NIGHT

PATIENCE'S SLEEPING FACE. She stirs, stretches.

WIDER, she's lying on top of a BOOKCASE in a twisted, awkwardposition. MIDNIGHT jumps up and brushes against her.

CLOSE ON PATIENCE'S EYES --they FLY OPEN, GOLD-FLECKED and

(for a moment) ELLIPTICAL.

PATIENCE --now pure CATWOMAN --springs down gracefully andscans the dark apartment. She stretches her limbs

languorously, licks her lips. She flexes her fingers,

watching appreciatively as her CLAWS EMERGE.

She reaches out and SPEARS LONE'S CARD on a fingernail,

regards it as she picks up the receiver. With another CLAW

she unhesitatingly punches in the number. When she speaks,

after a beat, her voice is throaty, sexier --whenever she's

Catwoman, she'll talk this way. During the following, shetoys with the long PHONE CORD like a cat.

PATIENCE/CATWOMAN

(on phone)

Mmm, too bad you're not there... guess I'll have to

go out and play by myself.

She tosses the receiver aside and prowls the room, movingcasually atop the back of the couch, from there to otherpieces of furniture and the counter, hops down to the floor.

She studies the place as if seeing it for the first time.

PATIENCE/CATWOMAN

What a dump.

PATIENCE plucks at the clothing she wears, frowning. She

opens a DRESSER DRAWER and PAWS through the contents, like acat digging in a litterbox, SHREDDING the clothes.

PATIENCE/CATWOMAN

Ugh --please --frowsy -

She moves to a closet, throws open the door, rifling throughthe outfits, RIPPING them to bits, hurling them aside.

PATIENCE/CATWOMANDamn, I haven't got a thing to wear!

True --she's emptied and trashed the closet, SLAMS the door.

CUT TO:

EXT. SHOPPING DISTRICT -NIGHT

the catwoman quickly went shopping. She wanted to add a few things to her costume.

These items were diamonds from a jewelry store.

When she returned home, she took the suit that Sally gave her and did a little work on it.

She began to rip off the sleeves. I cut out long gloves for myself and inserted diamond claws into them. Then she tore the suit, leaving only a black leather tight bust. And she put on two leather belts that stretch through each other. Cross to cross. Through the whole belly.

Then she puts a black cat mask with protruding ears on her head. Which covers the entire upper part of the face. Except for the chin, mouth and eyes.

She goes to the mirror and says catwoman: mrrr. Wow. I'm just lovely. But something is missing. The final touch is needed.

She is scratching her black pants and strips on her pants like an img. Now you could see the bare part of her legs. From which blood poured after the cut. She made a loud sound of pain

Catwoman:
Shhh ... raaa..mmm. I'm perfect now. This kitty will light up.

She started jumping over the rooftops of buildings. And stumbled upon a closed nightclub. She thought it would be nice to have some fun. And she went there.

EXT. TRENDY CLUB -NIGHT

She began to go deep and a guard met her on the way. He began to look at her in surprise from head to toe, staring at her tight black leather bust. As if he had never seen a sexier girl before.

Guard:
sorry kitty. You're just sexy. But I'm afraid that there are no sexy kitties on my list in a sadomaz suit.

Catwoman:
Come on. Really you will not miss such a cutie like me just like that. I don’t tell anyone that I’m not on the list. Nobody will know.

The guard pondered.

Guard:
Well, if you could please me. With a dance I have a little striptease show me your breasts. Of course this tight black bust looks great on you. But it would have been even better without him.

Catwoman:
Mmm. You want to have fun. Come on.

She pulls him to her and hits him with her knee between his legs.

Then he takes the face with his claws and speaks.

Catwoman:
You just had to let me through. And don't you dare offer striptease to decent girls like me anymore. I'm not your whore.

Guard:
yes, of course come in. The guard said timidly.

The catwoman entered the club and walked to the bar with a confident sexy gait. While all the men followed her with a glance.

All the women in the club didn't like it. They looked at her with envy of her.

She went to the bar and the bartender, looking at her in surprise, asked

Bartender:
How Can I Help A Sexy P*ssy?

Catwoman:
White Russian. Without ice. No vodka.

Catwoman walks up to Randy, who has been examining her all evening. His girlfriend, Sandy, wasn't happy about it.

Catwoman:
buy me a drink.

Randy, of course baby. At my expense.

Sandy:
You mean, at your expense? When the two of us pay together. And you are ready to pay for it.

Randy:
don't tell me what to do.

Bartender:
Cream. Fresh.

A cat woman passes a glass and drinks a drink. There are traces of cream on her lips. And she defiantly licks them with her tongue.

Randy:
I could do it better.

Catwoman:
Yes? then can we repeat it again? On your account.

Randy:
Of course, Bartender repeat.

Sandy:
Hey, land to the whore. don't you dare seduce him.

Catwoman:
Relax. I do not need it. I am not to blame for my sexuality.what can I do if he likes me more than you. Apparently you no longer attract him outwardly.

After these words, Sandy gets angry.

The bartender gives another glass of cream to the catwoman, but Sandy snatches it from her hands and pours it onto the catwoman's head.

Catwoman sits in shock with her mouth open.

Sandy:
Delicious cream? b*tch. She snatches the second glass from Randy's hands and pours it into the catwoman's face. And, then this glass hits the woman cat on the head, and it breaks on her head. Catwoman falls to the floor. She tries to get up but Sandy kicks her in the stomach. The catwoman falls on her back from the blow and rolls over on her side. Sandy kicks the cat woman again, but this time on the back. The cat rolled back from the blow to the center of the club.

Sandy:
What a b*tch? I beat you well. You want more. The women in the club who don't like the catwoman start to rejoice.

Catwoman gets angry. She gives Sandy a tray and Sandy falls to the floor. She tries to get up screaming for help, but the catwoman pushes her hands off the floor and kicks her with both legs. Sandy flies over the bar and crashes into the alcohol cabinet. Alcohol drops and breaks down.

The bartender looks at all this with a frustrated look.

Bartender:
And who will pay for all this?

The crowd rushed to the noise.

Catwoman:
calm boys. It's just that the two girls beat each other a little and caused a little damage.Well, you, like real men, will pay for everything. The crowd answered her: yes, of course. No problem.
