Frank rushes out of Pedro house leaving Pedro trucked and confused in

the basement

EXT.FLASHBACK-NIGHT

Frank was having dinner with his wife eating a roast and drinking a

beer frank daughter throws a piece of chicken at frank from across the

table

ANGELA:

Angela rips a piece and throws it at frank also frank laughing and

FRANK:

ANGELA:

cop this town has ever seen me and

Abby over here wanted to make sure

you stay on your toes

Abby says from the far end of the table

ABBY:

ANGELA:

Angela cleans up the mess they made walks and over to the sink to wash

the dishes

Frank walks behind her with his plate and throws his beer by the trash

can, Abby walks upstairs to her room

Frank and Angela walks upstairs to their bedroom where Angela sits on

the end of the bed and frank in the bathroom changing clothes

ANGELA:

So what’s going on with this new

case they assigned you

Frank gets in the bed directing Angela to lay with him

Frank gets out of the bed walks downstairs out the door to check the

mailbox frank opens the mailbox to find just a letter that says his

name

Great job on getting promoted I’ve been watching you for a while now

and I have to say you are the model cop and citizen but to get power or

be successful you have to be willing to lose something... see you soon!

His heart stops, it was like time stood still, he rushes to the house.

INT.FRANK CAR -NIGHT-PRESENT

Frank got his truck pedal to the floor calling Rodgers

FRANK:

Answer the damn phone

Frank on the highway dodging cars with the sirens coming on the dash

after Rodgers didn’t pick up, he calls the captain of deadtide

department

FRANK:

Hey captain its him I need all

units headed towards devils alley

CAPTAIN:

FRANK:

Don’t thank me yet

Frank gets off the phone with the captain but has an incoming call from

Rodgers

RODGERS:

Hey, Frank I’m on my way now!

FRANK:

He’s dangerous, its him

RODGERS:

FRANK:

My CI told me he said he admitted

to him and he killed robin

RODGERS:

Good work but I’m finned to get on

the highway

FRANK:

Good, do me a favor and when the

unit get there tell them to hang

back a couple of blocks, I don’t

want to give anything away.

RODGERS:

INT. THUG# 1 CAR- MOMENTS LATER

Thug 1 was driving which his name is Julio, Arthur in the backseat tied

up, his mouth is open

JULIO:

Before I kill you why did you kill

ARTHUR just look at Julio and doesn’t say anything

JULIO:

Julio checks the mirror making sure everything was fine back there and

that Arthur not trying to make any moves

ARTHUR:

JULIO:

Like 10 minutes just sit back

In Julio car it’s just him and Arthur and the element of silence is

weighing down on the mood.

ARTHUR:

Julio says nothing he just gives a look through the review mirror

ARTHUR:

Julio now is staring to get rattled he look back and shows his gun to

Arthur

JULIO:

While Julio is driving Arthur is getting almost untied

Julio checks the review mirror, and nothing seems fishy to him

ARTUR:

You know why I killed your girl
