I met her walking her dog she was

ARTHUR:

Anyways it wasn’t her looks and

that she was young... none of

those things didn’t have anything

to do with it

Arthur was still trying to get loose but now getting loose was becoming

a struggle he has grimace in his face

ARTHUR:

Is that I could tell she was smart

had a whole life ahead of her she

was ambitious also-

JULIO:

You didn’t f***ing know her

ARTHUR:

Oh I did...I knew she was in

school online courses to be exact

I knew about you and her and the

problems y’all had... sh*t son I

hated when she wore that makeup to

hide the bruises

When Arthur says this, he immediately get untied and take the rope that

he was tied up in to choke Julio to death

Julio SUV spends out of control and goes head on to a tree damaging the

hood the damages was moderate, but Julio is dead and because of the

crash Arthur had a bruised arm and a mild concussion

Arthur kick the doors to the SUV open and continues to run towards the

woods hoping he could find a payphone on the other end.

Arthur face was moderately bloody he had scratches on his cheek and his

forehead his rips or bruised his breathing his heavy, but he continues

through the darkness of the woods when he comes up upon a motel

Arthur has to take a risk because he doesn’t know if deadtide police

has put his name in the news or on papers while Arthur looking through

the bushes deciding if he should go in the motel or not, he gets

startled by a rabbit almost giving him a heart attack.

Arthur thinks to himself whatever happens, happens. so he goes walks to

the motel door and opens it when he opens it a ding rang.

MOTEL MAN:

How you doing sir how can I help?

ARTHUR:

A phone?

MOTEL MAN:

yes just right outside

ARTHUR:

Thanks

Arthur walks off but the motel man stops him

MOTEL MAN:

You don’t look familiar

ARTHUR:

I’m from deadtide

MOTEL MAN:

What are you doing outside of town

Arthur shakes his head.

ARTHUR:

Long story now phone

MOTEL MAN:

Oh yes just right outside and do

you need a room

Arthur hesitates

ARTHUR:

Yes, a room. when I get back from

getting on the phone, a room would

be nice

Arthur walks to the motel and goes on side of the motel where he uses

the payphone

ARTHUR:

He knows

After he says that he hangs up and walk back to the front of the motel

and grabs his key

MOTEL MAN:

Room 11B

Arthur gestures a thank you and walks out to his room

Meanwhile Frank pulls up to the crime scene where he sees a crashed

SUV, he’s a tad late because the unit already has the yellow tape.

Frank gets out of the car to approach the scene where he gets stop by

what seems to be the head of the crime scene

LEADER OF SCENE:

Dead body he go by the name of

Julio

Frank sighs but keep walking towards the SUV

LEADER OF SCENE:

My guess is that he had someone in

the back seat or something and

strangled him

FRANK:

Strangulation

LEADER OF SCENE:

Yeah look at his neck

His look was black, but the body is still a little fresh.

FRANK:

The body still looks fresh it

couldn’t been here a little over

an hour

Detective Rodgers gets out of his police car and walks behind frank

DETECTIVE RODGERS

I guess they couldn’t wait until

they got to their destination

Detective Rodger and frank shake hands

FRANK:

Yeah, your right

DETECTIVE RODGERS

So what do we got

FRANK:

Poor Julio over here strangled

Julio looks stiff lifeless as a dead body supposed to look eyes is

still open looking horribly scary

Detective Rodgers pulls gloves on moving Julio head to the right and to

the left and upwards to see the bruised neck

DETECTIVE RODGERS

Damn the old man pretty song huh

FRANK:

Yeah tell me about it... but we

are f***ing late

DETECTIVE RODGERS

We going to get him frank at

least we know who it is

Detective Rodgers brings the crowd full of investigators together to

acknowledge them about their suspect

DETECTIVE RODGERS

This guy go by the name of Arthur

Woodrow! He is in his mid-40s

divorced and a registered sex

offender. Everyone listen to me!

He is highly dangerous and

whatever case you’re working on;

it does not matter. As of right

now he is our main priority... the

crashed car means he’s on foot but

we going to encounter bad weather

which should pass by us a day or

two as of tomorrow get ready to

work because we going to get this

son of a b*tch, thank you,

goodnight.

Frank and detective Rodgers walk together to get into their cars.

FRANK:

Good speech, good plan, see you

He stops Frank.

What?

FRANK:

tomorrow

Hold on a minute

DETECTIVE RODGERS

RODGERS:

You have any idea where to look or

start this guy is good

FRANK:

Like you said storms is my best

bet is to check who’s coming. so,

motels and houses outside of

deadtide

RODGERS:

What if he’s not there?

FRANK:

We tear this f***ing town up until

we get him... now get some sleep.

Detective Rodgers sighs while watching Frank get in his truck and drive

off.
