73DAY - EXT - CAVE

The students go inside a cave nearby. They take pictures and play round the cave. When they are through, they pick their bags and starts going.

OSCAR:

Gilbert where are the equipments? Your own bag?

GILBERT:

its here... aww... in the cave

OSCAR:

Go and get it... kemy go with him

KEMY:

its better we all go back... i am afraid, i can’t go back there with him alone

OSCAR:

Mobi opens his bag and brings out his phone, sits on a tree and starts making call

VOICE:

MOBI:

We are 21 though we have a visitor in our midst. No he is not a scout. We found him in the forest. Yes he was injured but not too serious.

He goes straight to Rufus and whispers in his ear. They all pick their sticks and knives.

Flint is still lying down though not sleeping. He tries to stand up, all the big boys stands up with their sticks. He looks at them, sits down and relaxes looking at the young cubs playing

77EXT - FOREST - DAY

The camera views the student, discussing and moving round the outer part of the forest. Sam and Eric with others go towards their first direction. They enter as their meter is reading. As they walks deep inside, they see a building. armed men surrounds it. Very strange, they go back and join the other people.

78 INT – TONY’S HOUSE - DAY

TONY’S FATHER

He has been missing... i have reported to the police and also to the cid... you’re a lawyer, right?

CARL:

My name is carl, lawyer by profession and my co, francis... this is a serious case

TONY’S FATHER

Commandant and rovers 1, peeping from a distant tree inside the forest.

80EXT - FOREST - DAY - CONTINUOUS

Sam and Eric with stephanie decides not to say what they see. After series of playing and some love making in the forest. They all go back

81EXT - FOREST - DAY - CONTINUOUS

Commandant obuzu and the rovers 1, goes down to their camp. As they get in, there is blood on flint’s face and he is lying down on the ground while all the scout members surrounds him

OBUZU:

What happened?

MOBI:

He tried to move

RUFUS:

He wants to escape so i hit him

OBUZU:

(Angry voice) why should you do that? 100 pushups, all of you.

They all go down except the scouts and the cubs. One of the scout members starts to clean his face and talking to him.

82EXT - ABUBA FOREST - DAY - CONTINUOUS

Dentu calls obuzu with rovers 1 and they moves on a little distant, not too far, talking. When they talk they look at flint.

83EXT - ABUBA FOREST - DAY - CONTINUOUS

Linda the scout, discussing with flint while attending to him

SCOUT:

SCOUT:

SCOUT:

Yes i became a scout master in the year 2000 i have been a scout member since 1990. How many years now?

Immediately, obuzu comes closer. Linda leaves and obuzu sits beside him looking at him and the wound. Smiles and gasps for a breath. They bring food for him and flint. He gives flint his own food and starts eating his own.

84EXT - ABUBA FOREST - NIGHT - CONTINUOUS

OBUZU:

Back in the military, 1997. i caught a thief, the incident happened right in my eyes but he denied that he is not the one, proving me to be wrong. i looked at myself and my uniform power. i hit him thinking he will get up but that was the last time he existed. i served 5years jail term because of it. i have caught many thieves, kill many because i like justice and that is what we are trained to be. i quit the military because of the corruption in the military, thinking i will find peace and justice somewhere. i joined scout. Do you know what? This is the best organization to be with rules and promises and always been guided by the rules. They tried to abolish it.
