Synopsis: In Frank Capra's acclaimed romantic comedy, spoiled heiress Ellie Andrews (Claudette Colbert) impetuously marries the scheming King Westley, leading her tycoon father (Walter Connolly) to spirit her away on his yacht. After jumping ship, Ellie falls in with cynical newspaper reporter Peter Warne (Clark Gable), who offers to help her reunite with her new husband in exchange for an exclusive story. But during their travels, the reporter finds himself falling for the feisty young heiress.

FADE IN:

Part One The HARBOR at Miami Beach FADES IN, providing

quick VIEWS of yachts, aquaplanes, and luxurious ship-craft

lying at anchor in the calm, tranquil waters of tropical

Florida. This dissolves to the NAME PLATE on the side of a

yacht, reading "ELSPETH II," and this in turn to a YACHT

CORRIDOR where a steward is standing in front of a cabin

door, near a small collapsible table upon which there is a

tray of steaming food. He lifts lids and examines the

contents. A heavy-set sailor stands guard near the cabin

door.

STEWARD:

Fine! Fine! She ought to like this.

(to the guard)

Open the door.

Best thing to do is to write it as a story, then read the Scriptwriter's bible to learn how to format it. That's what I did, and it's not failed me yet! Good luck. xx

All of your scripts are awesome, top of the line, but one thing makes all of them COMPLETELY worthless, and that is, none of the dialouges have speaker's name.

Hi Muhammad, thanks for your feedback! Some of the scripts on Scripts.com indeed only contain the transcript, without the speaker's name.

Having said that, lots of other do include the entire script, which includes the speaker's name.

We'll continue adding more full scripts going forward.

Sicilian Sisters: Women in La Famiglia, fast paced saga covers generations of Sicilians that emigated to NY. To survive thre streets, they swore loyalty to each other and continued their Mafia ways and put Family before anything else to survive. The Sicilian women stayed quiet in the background but planned control of all aspects. It was an inheritance they pledged to their Spanish pirate ancestors (secrecy) and connections.
