Yeah, I have

one pair of sandals.

They have a strap and they're

really old and uncomfortable.

They give you blisters.

I uh... What I want for you more

than anything is to be happy.

- Peace of mind?

- Peace? No, love, joy and good health.

I think you found it in Scott. I

think he's a really great guy and...

I almost wish I'd met him years ago

and he wouldn't have died and...

Be happy that you met him now.

Life is way too short to go

on alone and it's like a...

The way I look at it, when

somebody walks into your life

they'd, uh...

Somebody walks into your life you

have to grab it up really quick.

Believe it or not, you know, look what happened

to Eddie. He was a really successful man.

- And...

- You never know what tomorrow will bring. None of us do.

- But I think...

- Yeah, I have him now.

I can't look at

what happens in the future.

Okay, that's why I keep

telling you, live for today.

Yeah, well.

That's why I keep...

That's why I keep on saying,

you have to live for today.

Certain people, there's a lot

of people that have told me...

- Let me say something.

- Uh, I look at the...

I worry about your future

and I worry about your past.

Then how do you live for today?

Dad has always worried

about your security.

And that's why he's been negative

about you getting married.

And he keeps saying, "Don't get married.

Don't get married."

But he's mad at me because I have an

opinion. I'm a strong-willed person.

I'm like that type of person,

that, you know...

I, uh, you know,

everybody said...

One of the wonderful things

I do remember about...

Man, I would have been... I would've collapsed

and dead after what happened to me.

A lot of people said

I was supposed to be dead.

Well, Mom, I think that

I have this uh,

this amazing strength in me.

I don't know

after what's happened,

a lot of people told me,

well, you've been stabbed,

you lost your husband...

These nine years

haven't been too easy.

Here comes our train now,

I believe.

You might have to grab this for

me, because I need both hands.

- Sorry.

- That's all right.

- Just till I get up there.

- Uh-huh.

[train screeching]

[alarm ringing]

My mother thinks that...

She's starting to, like...

[siren blaring]

I've been getting into these reality

shows and see how they film.

- Uh-huh.

- I mean...

[siren blaring]

[announcement on PA system]

I like to look at... I like

to look at sights and stuff

Even though I know

about Philadelphia, there's...

Yeah.

Tasker.

No, it's past one.

Tasker's around here somewhere.

Okay, what about that Tasker.

Yeah, this is Elsworth, okay.

But, you'll find your way, you

know, don't have to get upset.

I know that. I know that.

Just because you might know

a different route.

There's Federal, that's the

other street I'm familiar with,

Coming up here soon

should be Packer.

After that should be

Pattison Avenue.

How long is this going on?

How long?

After Pattison Avenue,

that's it.

Does this get

you to understand

that you're not getting lost

if you were in the car.

- I know that.

- Your parents would probably tell you stop doing that.

- I was just wondering.

- Well...

I'm telling you, after

Pattison Avenue, we're fine.

We're actually fine now.

[man on PA system] Welcome to Atlantic

City. First stop is the bus terminal,

second stop will be Valleys and

the last stop will be Tropical.

[crashing]

[Scott] I thought we would be

there by now.

Why? Why are you so frustrated?

Because I thought we would be... We would

be in the Ocean City shopping by now.

Well, I'm...

Continue to get frustrated because

what's happening you don't know what...

[indistinct chattering]

- We're really close.

- Uh-huh?

See? Look at all the

towns and stuff?

Wow. Look at that.

- Wait up, Scott.

- Okay, hun.

Hey, everybody.

It's August the 26th today.

And we're at

Ocean City, New Jersey.

And it's Scott's first time

at the ocean.

Wow. It's really big.

And it's a really big ocean.

[laughing]

And the sea gulls are squawking

and the sun shining and...

And it's a really nice day out.

Anything you want to say Scott?

Wow, for the first time,

this is a really big ocean.

Hopefully, next year

when we come back,

I'll be able to

actually get closer.

Well, hopefully we can seriously

come down here for, like,

couple of days to a week and...

enjoy ourselves

because it is really nice,

it's nerve wracking at first when you

have to take the bus for the first time.

And your fiancee

doesn't remember.

It's been a long time. I've always

been driven down by somebody.

And this is your first time.

That's right. My first time

in Ocean City.

And so, do you have to

say anything?

It's been an experience that I'll

never forget, I will tell you that.

Here's your hat.

- And I love you.

- I love you too.

[chuckling]

I love you too.

- So you've been in a kayak?

- Yeah, I was in a kayak before.

- In the ocean?

- Not in the ocean.

It was more like

a Delaware river, I think.

- Do I look good, in a bathing suit?

- You look beautiful, sweetheart.

- Well, you saw me at the pool party.

- Yes, I did.

So, not too bad

for an old woman.

You're not an old woman. Will you stop?

You're beautiful.

Come here.

- Good going.

- Thank you.

Now it's interesting, check... Can you

see my battle scars a little bit?

Yes, I can.

- Where? Point to them.

- Right in the middle.

There's one big one

on the bottom.

- But aren't they amazing?

- Yeah, they are.

Didn't they give a...

That's only the few.

- But isn't that amazing?

- Yeah, it is.

How there was a couple... All the

major ones are on the bottom.

Uh-huh.

Crazy, right?

- Hey, honey. Do you want to take a walk out to the water?

- No, thanks, hon. I'm good.

Okay.

[bird squawking]

It's your happiness

That matters most of all

But if he ever leaves

That's wrong.

But if he ever

Breaks your heart

That's right.

If the teardrops ever start

I'll be there

Before the next

Teardrop falls

Si te quire de verdad

Y te da felicidad

Te deseo lo mas bueno

Pa' los dos

Pero si te hace llorar

A mime puedes hablar

Y estare

Contigo cuando

Treste estas

I'll be there

Anytime

You need me by your side

To drive away

Every teardrop

That you cried

And if he ever

Leaves you blue

Just remember, I love you

And I'll be there

Before the next

Teardrop falls

And I'll be there

Before the next

Teardrop falls

Once we got here,

everything was fine.

I did enjoy myself immensely,

I did.

Well, um,

the boardwalk is always fun,

I have a lot memories

of the shore and shore's past.

And I'm glad

I got to share it with you.

I'm glad I came too.

And I hope we can come back.

I got you a little surprise,

and, um, I hope

I can share it with you.

Oh, let's see.

- I'm jealous that I got this.

- Jealous? [chuckles]

Okay.

Twelve million copies.

That's a lot.

- What?

- Twelve million copies, that's a lot of them.

Well, um...

You know...
