Hans – There they are, we’ll keep an eye on their routine for a day, then we’ll make our move on them, you see that one next to his motorbike, he looks like your size Jay, his clothes will fit you, you target him.

Jay – How about you, who are you going to choose.

Hans – There he is, he walks alone most of the time keeping an eye on that gate, I’ll take him

Jay – How about Lizy, she can’t escape on her own.

Hans – Their is a pickup truck, we’ll use the pickup truck, she will be hidden in the back seat.

Jay – Great idea I can’t wait, I’m all fired up.

Jay and Hans get ready for their mission, they sneak up on their intended targets, Hans is a Karate expert, he punches the guard in the face, but he doesn’t fall to the ground, instead he points his gun at Hans, Hans throws a round kick, disarming the guard, then he jumps high and delivers a back kick, throwing the guard off balance and into a wall. Jay sneaks up to his guy, puts him in a strangle hold, but the guard breaks free and pulls out a knife, Jay makes a fist, punches him, then runs into him like a sumo wrestler, the guard is unconscious. As they planned, they take their clothes, keys, ID, and motorbike. They ditch their bodies in a nearby dumpster and make their way towards a truck. The exit is in sight, but Hans needs to rescue Lizy.

Lizy – What took you so long.

Hans – Sorry, I got caught in traffic, get in and stay down.

Jay – We have only one chance you f*** this up and we’re dead.

Lizy – What’s the plan.

Hans – You want to tell her Jay.

Jay – Well the plan is, we get to the exit and Hans steps on it.

Lizy – That’s it, don’t you think they’ll shoot us dead in seconds.

Jay – Not if he drives fast enough, it’s a shot in the dark, but what option do we have.

Hans – Ok, here we go, Jay you talk to the guy, make him think you’re looking for something, distract him.

They approach the gate, they keep to their plan, just as they can see the gates open, Hans steps on it, and drives into the night. Machine gun rounds are fired, German men scream and shout, they chase them into the night, but they fail to catch them, Hans continues driving until the petrol runs out. That’s when they decide to ditch the truck and escape by foot.

Jay – Where did you get that bag,

Hans – That gate, behind it was an empty room, just computers and files, I picked up a bag and put files and computer software inside, I thought if we manage to escape, we might get to the bottom of this.

Lizy – For now, we better not get caught.

Jay – Just keep walking, any idea where we are?.

The trio continue their journey when they suddenly realize that they are in Canada, they approach a service station.

Lizy – Look over there I see light.

Jay – There are bound to be people there, they can’t see us looking like this.

Hans – Why not, we’re military guys, it’s Lizy I’m worried about, we need to get her some ordinary clothes for her.

Jay – Look we have no money.

Hans – There are bound to be lorries at the service station, we’ll sneak into the back of one of them, which ever one is heading to town, once there, we’ll make our way back to Chicago.

Lizy – Good idea, who are we going to tell, no one is going to believe our story.

They enter the service station, Hans and Jay plan to steal food and water, in the process Hans spots a news magazine, on the front cover is the story of the missing flight. He reads through and discovers that it is their flight, the news state that the plane crashed into the see, no traces of the plane can be found.

Lizy – I’m starving.

Hans – Here is a tuna sandwich, I hope you like tuna.

Lizy – Right about now I’ll eat toothpaste.

Jay – Lets pick a lorry.

They sneak into the lorry; the lorry eventually drives off into town. Night turns into day, the lorry parks at its destination. Lizy, Hans and Jay sneak off and make their way to a police station. A slightly overweight police man is seated at his desk.

Police constable – And you expect me to believe your story.

Hans – Yes.

Police constable – Look Mr Miller, we get a lot of guys walking into our station, we get even more crazy phone calls, one guy said he saw Jesus coming at him with a knife, moments before his wife was mysteriously murdered in the kitchen. Your story on the other hand is by far the worst.

Hans – So you’re not going to help us.

Police constable – Let me get the story straight, flight 4289A takes off from Terminal two, twelve hours later, flight lands in Canada, where all the passengers are kept as prisoners by mad men and scientist.

In the background, laughter is heard from other police officers.

Hans – Yes, and if we don’t act fast all passengers on that plane will be murdered.

Police – Ok, we did a check on flight 4289A, it crashed into the ocean 72 hours ago, there are no survivors, but I’ll tell you something, your names are listed and there is CCTV footage of you and your friends getting on board. We called the air line four hours ago, now I don’t have an explanation right now as to why you three survived, but I’m sure there is a very simple explanation.

Lizy – We have no money, no way of returning to Chicago, what are we going to do.

Jay – Hans have you got those files with you, show them those files, that will change his mind.

Hans – I haven’t looked at it myself.

Police Constable – Here is the deal, I will make sure that you arrive safely back to Washington, we’ll put you on the earliest available flight back home, and we won’t bill you.

Lizy – Aren’t you going to investigate our case.

Police constable – Sure, we’ll keep it on file, and let you know if anything comes up, but don’t hold your breath. For now, I suggest you make your way to our waiting rooms, we’ll provide you with refreshments.

Lizy looks at Hans and Jay, she is clearly frustrated, but takes the offer gladly, and thanks the officer for his assistance.

Jay – It doesn’t look like anyone is going to believe our story, Hans.

Hans – Seems like it, as soon as we get back, I’ll start my own investigation.

The three are driven to the Airport and put on the first flight back to Washington. The following day Hans is seated at his computer reading through files which he took with him from the space station, he can’t seem to find much, other than references to the second world war, and the fall of Berlin. One file that does capture his attention is a file called the final hours of the German Chanceller Adolph Hitler. As he continues reading, he discovers a page outlining the master race, set to take place in 2024. Hans reaches for his tenth coffee he is exhausted, it’s late into the night, he has only a table lamp on, and his dog is resting nearby. The master plan consists of using German scientist to engineer a chemical warfare in the future, that will ignite a nuclear response from Russia and the United States. The order is signed and approved by Hitler, hours before his suicide. The master plan predicts total world destruction, but with the aim of rescuing and ensuring the survival of the master race through launching a spaceship into orbit, only to return to earth in the future, when humanity has been destroyed. Hans is in a state of shock, his eye become teary, he almost breaks down completely, but reaches for his mobile phone and calls Jay and Lizy, to come to his apartment in the morning.
