She shakes his hand, in which he holds a piece of paper. Let go of his hands. Bunyod, looking at his mother, slowly lowers his gaze into the leaf and slowly opens it. He'll start reading. As he reads, his eyebrows furrow more and more. He slowly raises his eyes and looks above us. He definitely did not expect this. BLACKOUT

INT. SECURITY ROOM

Bunyod stands frowning. He ponders the information. The commander comes in. Bunyod turns around and looks at him.

THE COMMANDER Professor wants to see you.

INT. CORRIDOR

Bunyod goes and looks away.

INT. ROOM FIND

Bunyod comes in. Night is sitting with Farrukh near a coffee table in chairs. Turns around. Bunyod stands near the door and looks around the room.

NIGHT (SHOWING THE CHAIR)

Come in, make yourself comfortable.

Bunyod enters the room and continues to stand. They are not supposed to sit during the service.

NIGHT (SMILING APPROVES)

Glad to see you in person Bunyod. I've heard about your tenacity.

BUNYOD (BOWING HIS HEAD DOWN SHOWS RESPECT) Thank you, it's an honor for me.

NIGHT:

We need wrestlers like you. Bunyod, there are many carriers outside. They are insane, infect people with a bite. If it wasn't for you, we wouldn't be able to sit here quietly. You're doing a great job.

Night is being too pretentious. Bunyod looks at him suspiciously, narrowing his eyes. He doesn't show any emotion.

NIGHT (TURNING AWAY TO FARRUKH)

Good luck outside.

Bunyod looks at him and leaves the room.

INT. CORRIDOR – A LITTLE LATER

Bunyod's eyebrows shot up and he began to frown. He looks at his feet. Aziz comes out grinning. Looking at Bunyod rides in his direction.

AZIZ (REJOICING) Imagine, he knows about me. About my perseverance. And he was glad to see me. The professor himself. He said that.

BUNYOD (WITHOUT LOOKING UP FROM THE FLOOR) They need wrestlers like us and without us they wouldn't be able to sit here quietly.

AZIZ (CEASING TO SMILE)

How do you know?

BUNYOD (STILL LOOKING AT THE FLOOR)

He told me the same thing.

AZIZ (FROWNED AND THEN SMILED)

So he doesn't want to offend anyone by praising someone more. The perfect person.

BUNYOD (CLENCHING HIS JAW AND LOOKING AT HIM) Listen. There's a lot you don't know.

AZIZ:

Tell me.

INT. SECURITY ROOM

AZIZ (LOOKING AT HIM)

Are you sure?

BUNYOD (SIGHING AND RUFFLING HIS HAIR)

Not 100%. But we can't trust anyone. Especially the authorities. Let's go outside ready.

Aziz nods his head. BLACKOUT

EXT. GATES OF WALLS

They open. The soldiers are coming closer. Bunyod, Aziz and other soldiers put on masks and hats. A backpack and a rifle are put on the shoulders. They begin to walk.

EXT. DESERT – DAY

Soldiers are walking.

EXT. HIGH-RISE BUILDINGS

The soldiers will stop near them.

THE COMMANDER (HOLDING A GUN IN FRONT OF HIM)

Shoot at everyone who gets in the way. We're leaving in an hour. Meet me here. Good luck.

He goes on. The soldiers split into pairs and enter shooting at buildings. People are being killed.

INT. ENTRANCE

Aziz and Bunyod come in. Bunyod is attacked from the side by a SKINNY 65-year-old MAN with long dirty hair and clothes. He doesn't have a gun. Bunyod looks at his hands. He doesn't know what to do. Just stands there and allows you to throw yourself on your back and beat. And the man keeps hitting and hitting him on the stomach, on the head screaming. Aziz shoots him. He freezes over Bunyod and falls on him with his eyes closed. Bunyod will take down his body and rise.

BUNYOD:

Thank you.

AZIZ:

Don't mention it.

Aziz takes aim at the surroundings and quickly checks the space. Aziz hands Buned his weapon, which he dropped. Bunyod also aims forward. They will start climbing the stairs and one by one they open the doors and enter the rooms. There is devastation everywhere, but no one.

INT.ENTRANCE ANOTHER FLOOR

A woman with a 3-year-old girl in her arms is trying to open a door leading to an outdoor staircase. The door won't budge. After looking at us, she will quickly rush into the open door of the house. Aziz and Bunyod follow.

INT.APARTMENT

The woman goes straight towards the windows and tries to open them. He pulls the handle. Closed. Hugging the child harder looks at us and turns away. Exposing his back. The girl in her arms is hugging her mother tightly. She's not crying.

WOMAN (BARELY AUDIBLE AND BREAKING OFF IN WORDS)

Please, Don't kill my daughter. She is innocent. Kill me. Please.

Bunyod lowers his gun. Aziz looks at his hand. And he holds his gun harder. Takes aim. Bunyod lowers his hand with the gun.

BUNYOD (LOOKING AT THE WOMAN)

Are you a carrier?

The woman turns around a little and looks at them. She's scared. For herself and for her child. She swings from side to side.

WOMAN (SCREAMS AND CRIES AT THE END)

What? No, of course not. There is no virus. We were deceived. But they just threw us away. But they won't leave us alone in any way. Every time people like you come and kill innocent people.

BUNYOD (LOOKING AT THE FLOOR)

She was right.

AZIZ (TURNING HIS HEAD TOWARDS HIM)

Who? Your great-grandmother? What if she's lying to us?

Aziz points at the woman. Bunyod, without answering, slowly walks towards the windows. The woman hides in a corner. Bunyod opens a dirty and old curtain and looks at the field and high-rise buildings. Everywhere soldiers are shooting at people. Bunyod closes his eyes. BLACKOUT

EXT. FIELDS NEAR HIGH-RISE BUILDINGS

Bunyod quickly walks towards the long-assembled squad. He goes straight to the commander. Stops.

COMMANDER (LOOKING DOWN AT THEM)

Why will you be late? Have you been bitten?

BUNYOD (SHOUTING) Why did you deceive us?

COMMANDER (FROWNING AND NARROWING HIS EYES)

I don't know what you're talking about.

BUNYOD (SHOUTING) You're lying.

COMMANDER (SHOUTING)

Who are you talking to in that tone, puppy. Show some respect.

BUNYOD (SHOUTING)

To whom? Do you like it? You made us kill innocent people.

The soldiers whisper among themselves and some nod their heads. The commander looks at them and points the muzzle at Bunyod's chest and shoots. He looks at the wound with his eyes wide open and at the commander too. Falling. BLACKOUT: The commander shouts something at Aziz and he shakes his head. The soldiers and Aziz will start shooting looking forward. The commander turns away and starts shooting too. Aziz lags behind everyone and approaching the lying Bunyod checks his pulse. Drag him to the side. BLACKOUT

INT. INSIDE THE MOUNTAINS – MORNING

Bunyod comes to his senses. He looks around. Next to him, Aziz is sitting with his head down in ordinary clothes. Bunyod sits down and winces in pain. He looks at his chest, where instead of a wound he now has a bandage. He's touching this place. Madina comes in in a hijab, with water in a basin and looks at him. And we see Madina up close. And Bunyod, too. BLACKOUT

EXT. HIGH–RISE BUILDINGS - NIGHT

Lola, Aziz, Madina and Bunyod go together. Lola looks at the abandoned and old multi-storey buildings and takes a deep breath. She's sad. You can hear the sounds of laughing men in the distance and a woman crying.
