Synopsis: Unbeknownst to Stanley and Oliver, their long-lost twin brothers, sailors Alfie and Bert are in town on shore leave carrying a valuable pearl ring entrusted to them by their ship's captain. All four get involved in multiple cases of mistaken identity as a gang of hoodlums try to steal the ring Stanley and Oliver wind up with their feet in cement, about to be dumped into the harbor.

(Police siren)

(Siren wailing)

- You mean the Captain is in here?|- You saw him, he's as mad as a firefly.

(Crowd chattering excitedly)

(Stan whimpers)

This lug refuses to give up|a valuable pearl ring.

And if you don't talk,|we're gonna throw you off the dock!

(Whimpering) l haven't got the ring! You|told me you had it when were in the bar!

l can't remember you giving it to me|in there and... Oh!

- (Whimpering)|- Hey, hey!

They gave us the slip.

- We'd better get back to the ship.|- That's them there!

- (Ollie) Oh-o-o!|- (Stan yelping)

(Siren wailing)

- (Stan whimpering hysterically)|- Oh! Be careful!

- (Shrieking)|- Oh-ho.

Tell us where that ring is or over you go.

(Whimpering) We don't know, do we?

(Laughing)

(Yelling)

(Stan whimpering hysterically)

(Stan wailing)
